I love being able to read notes from other team members without needing to chase them down for information. I really enjoy the ability to track providers, dates of treatment, and providers on liens. The Docs tab with its templates is great for generating documents. I particularly like using the Value Tab to track costs, payments, and other financial data, and I appreciate being able to attach documents directly to my notes for easy access. The checklist feature helps me stay organized, and creating my own to-dos is very efficient. I also appreciate the customizable dashboard, which lets me see my activities and cases without extra steps, and the seamless integration with my Outlook calendar to ensure I don't miss anything. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** The Neos AI cannot analyze really big files, like a 3,000-page record, making it hard to get summaries for large documents. I also wish there were more boxes in the Value Tab or Records Tab for each provider, like 'treating' & 'not treating', and a way to run reports on that. It'd be nice to run a report on pending checklist tasks and their due dates too, but I haven't found how to do that. Also, I prefer if Neos was available as a desktop application instead of just on the browser. Using it on the browser shrinks the screen with the tabs, making it hard to see all the information. These include the tabs, cases, customization, quick note options, file dragging and clickable icons. As a first time user of these applications; the learning process was extremely efficient, fast and commendable. I use NEOS everyday and my functions at times require simultaneously calendar, intake, file uploading, checks, and case work: all of which are smoothly coexisting with NEOS. Furthermore, with the whole firm working with NEOS; all our clients are smoothly integrated into our case files and our work is easily imputed and uploaded. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** I must confess that in recent times I have not at all enjoyed the new updates or editions to its software. Its newer updates have added unnecessary cluttering tabs and options. The software itself has become slower; as I mentioned in my likes- it is so important to me to have multiple tabs open to work most efficiently. Although NEOS is still powerful, I confess that it is slightly weaker than older models. I have not had the most reliable costumer support unfortunately as well. This delay is directly impacting our ability to implement proper offline conversion tracking and build a reporting dashboard that leadership is actively asking for. It puts unnecessary strain on internal reporting and, candidly, reflects poorly on me when I’m unable to deliver something that should be simple, especially when Neos promotes having an open API and working closely with client teams. It's awful because it barely works and constantly logs me out. It also auto-selects the category 'provider' even though we don't use that. We use 'case name.' Conducting our work on a cloud-based system that has the capabilities of storing our large case files has been very helpful to the everyday productivity in our firm. Workers are now easily able to conduct work remotely when needed. Additionally, anything sent to our office electronically can easily be uploaded into each file, as Neos has a very easy “drag and drop” save feature. Our firm is constantly dealing with large pdf files and/or case files that accumulate a lot of documentation. We have had no problems with Neos’ ability to store all of the data we upload. Finding a system that was compatible with Outlook was very important for our firm. Neos has a very convenient tag feature, which allows you to easily bring your colleagues into specific files. It is very easy to access and find information on each case file, as Neos has a convenient search bar to easily look through your notes, and very helpful (customizable) tab names for uploaded documents. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** While Neos allows you to connect your account to your Office 365/Outlook account, the email addresses of your firm are not saved into the system. So, for example, if you would like to send a note or a document directly to a colleague's Outlook, you need to manually type in their email. While Neos does have the great tagging feature that you can make in the notes on the case files (that automatically sends a notification to your colleague's inbox), our firm does run into times when we prefer to send documents or notes directly as an email, not a tagged message. If that situation arises, we must manually type out each individual's email address, which does become cumbersome at times. I believe Neos was likely structured that way to push users to conduct all work/correspondence within the system, which we try to do, but there will definitely be times when we would like correspondence on a file or a document to be in an email thread on Outlook, rather than in the "notes" on Neos. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest one for us was finding a program that would be able to store our extremely large casefiles. Some files are large because of the size of the medical records (thousands and thousands of pages). Others are large because of the quantity of documents associated with the file. Neos allows us to easily store large PDF files and many of them onto one case file. Additionally, the case files are very organized and pleasing to "look at", so to speak. Mathing is not a feature I came with factory. All attempts at adding after-market upgrades have been shaky at best.
