"Tracking progress and responsibilities solution"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

I am a great fan of the way Assembly Neos structures day to day teamwork. I look at it regularly to see which tasks should be addressed, monitor updates and track the progress in projects. The fact that everything is available under a single roof means that one does not need additional messages or follow-ups. Its functionalities are dedicated to what is essential in team coordination and its consistent use has made teamwork less stressful and allowed all the participants to keep on track. What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

The limitation of Assembly Neos is that certain functions to control overlapping or multistep tasks are insufficient. Adjusting assignments manually or monitoring some information not on the platform, I sometimes need to do the same, which reduces productivity. I am using it on a daily basis and hence these restrictions are frequent. Although it is better to use it in day-to-day coordination, projects involving multiple interdependent tasks may need additional effort to coordinate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized knowledge for teams"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

The feature I find most attractive about Assembly Neos is the fact that I can develop and implement internal bodies of knowledge faster without having to deal with several platforms simultaneously. The presence of Slack and Google Workspace integration keeps updating it easy, and the ease of use allows me to train new members of my team without much work. The features of organizing the content and tracking the engagement are enormous and it has actually assisted our team to ensure that the information remains consistent and is available on a daily basis. What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

The thing I do not like about Assembly Neos is that some of the customization features can be considered restricted, particularly when it comes to workflow automation. These limits at times slow down internal processes with our high frequency of use. The number of features is also not bad, but some of them seem immature, and despite attentive customer service, can sometimes create small seams, affecting the efficiency of the knowledge management process in our company. "No more audit dread as Assembly Neos turned our preparation into confidence"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

Inability to customize internal risk taxonomies in this way is a drawback to the Assembly Neos solution that I really value. We are also able to tailor the categories and scoring unique to our operational risks across unit business lines. It is the most accurate and tailored picture of our risk landscape around the world. The attachment of direct evidence to CWs is also a rather useful feature where we find our control documentation to be both comprehensive, and simple to audit. What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

The initial configuration of the organizational structure and the user permissions was actually a time investment. It had to be planned with much care to save on reworking in future. Though it is strong, the variety of possibilities to customize reporting seemed to be too much to take at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We highly recommend NEOS!"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

Neos has completely transformed the way our New York Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law firm operates by streamlining case management, improving collaboration, and enhancing the client experience. Their willingness to push the boundaries of AI in legal tech sets them apart, and it's clear they're building for the future of law. By embracing a platform like Neos, we’ve positioned ourselves to deliver faster, smarter, and more responsive service to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

One feature I would like to see implemented is the ability to use our main company phone number as our texting number. Right now, we have to use an additional texting phone number, which tends to cause some confusion for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"There is Structure and efficiency to how I access and save legal documents and files"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

I like using a document management system because it brings structure and efficiency to how I handle files. Instead of digging through endless folders or chasing down the latest version of a document, everything is organized, searchable, and accessible in one place. It saves time, reduces clutter, and minimizes the risk of losing important information. I also appreciate the version control and permission settings, which make collaboration smoother and more secure. Overall, it helps me stay focused and productive, especially when managing a large volume of documents or working with a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

Navigating through multiple clicks just to find or upload a file can be frustrating, especially if the system isn’t intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Neos"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

I love everything about Neos! It is so user friendly and it is vital in my job. I love that all my work can be done quickly and efficiently in one place. I also really like how I don't have to log out to see updates other user's make, the system updates in real time. Every time I have had to call customer service they have been so helpful and polite. Its a great system overall! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

Literally the only issue I have ever had with Neos is the fact that I can't make a mini directory that allows me to choose multiple options, so I have had to put several mini directories on profiles that may need more than one answer to the question. Other than that, there have been no down sides to Neos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer for Our Law Firm"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

As a mid-sized law firm, we were in need of a solution that could streamline our operations, and Neos Law Firm Software has exceeded our expectations. Based on my experience this software is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for our team to adopt and integrate into our daily workflow (time-efficient).The case management features is a great feature it allow our firm to keep track of all our cases in one place. One of my favorite features is the document automation has saved us countless hours, and the customizable templates are a lifesaver for our standard procedures. Billing and time tracking are straightforward, helping us manage our finances without hassle. What truly sets Neos apart is their excellent customer support, I would give it a 10/10. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed guidance, their team has been quick to respond and very knowledgeable as well as patient. Overall, Neos has significantly improved our efficiency and communication within the firm. I highly recommend it to any legal practice looking to modernize and better support their business operations it will save you time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

I think the case management features are somewhat lacking in depth we often find ourselves needing additional functionality that isn’t available. Document automation has been hit or miss sometimes it works well, but other times we encounter glitches that delay our processes, but Neos customer support always makes sure to help. Other than that I think Neos is a great software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great Cloud-Based Software for your Firm's Needs!"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

Our firm moved over from a system called Trial Works, a downloaded software. Conducting our work on a cloud-based system that has the capabilities of storing our large case files has been very helpful to the everyday productivity in our firm. Workers are now easily able to conduct work remotely when needed. Additionally, anything sent to our office electronically can easily be uploaded into each file, as Neos has a very easy “drag and drop” save feature. Our firm is constantly dealing with large pdf files and/or case files that accumulate a lot of documentation. We have had no problems with Neos’ ability to store all of the data we upload. Finding a system that was compatible with Outlook was very important for our firm. Neos has a very convenient tag feature, which allows you to easily bring your colleagues into specific files. It is very easy to access and find information on each case file, as Neos has a convenient search bar to easily look through your notes, and very helpful (customizable) tab names for uploaded documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

While Neos allows you to connect your account to your Office 365/Outlook account, the email addresses of your firm are not saved into the system. So, for example, if you would like to send a note or a document directly to a colleague's Outlook, you need to manually type in their email. While Neos does have the great tagging feature that you can make in the notes on the case files (that automatically sends a notification to your colleague's inbox), our firm does run into times when we prefer to send documents or notes directly as an email, not a tagged message. If that situation arises, we must manually type out each individual's email address, which does become cumbersome at times. I believe Neos was likely structured that way to push users to conduct all work/correspondence within the system, which we try to do, but there will definitely be times when we would like correspondence on a file or a document to be in an email thread on Outlook, rather than in the "notes" on Neos. "Top Tier Legal Case Management program"
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

Document generation, but specifically Settlement Memos that allow filters and customization for all the case expenses, split fees, liens, any provider billing, etc is probably my favorite feature. The fact you can calculate the interest for me b/c I suck at math is *chef's kiss emoji*. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

The fact firm/staff emails aren't readily available when sending documents or emails from within Neos and have to be added manually not only into the message, but into Neos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
