There is an app which is nice too. I think our company generally likes the software. I only use it for tracking my work time. **What do you dislike about PracticePanther?** When PP does NOT work, it fails horribly. This is a tool I use all day for business. When I have a technical problem - like today, none of my contacts are present, so I can't bill my time - I tried to call and the system hung up every single time. I tried the old-fashioned method of a phone call because their chat feature says, "Our usual reply time: A few hours." WHAT?!? A few hours?!? So since no one picked up the phone, after five attempts, I tried the chat feature. Then when a rep finally looked at my question, they gave a B.S. answer which indicated the person had not read my question at all. It has now been over 8 hours and the rep has only said, "Let me take another look and get back with you." That was 3 hours ago in the middle of the day with plenty of time left to help out. I feel this level of "support" is unacceptable. A crutch is used for support when one has broken or sprained an ankle. If PracticePanther sold crutches, they would be like 6 inches tall with no rubber sole at the bottom. Technically the support is there, but it is completely useless. Sadly, this level of "support" is what they always provide whenever there is an issue. In the past, I've had to figure out my problems on my own instead of accruing billable hours. Thanks PP for wasting my time! **What problems is PracticePanther solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PP for time tracking, which if my boss didn't use for billing & paying me then I would choose another software. This is something you need to implement asap. I don't like that I can't click next on notes and easily go from one note to the other. I like that I can pull up any team member's calendar on there and it is color coded, according to the team member. It is super helpful for me since I am constantly scheduling reviews or other meetings with various employees. **What do you dislike about PracticePanther?** I suppose the calendars could be slightly less of an eye-sore when opening up to 5 or more calendars. Still, I don't think there is much that can be done to improve this, as I know this is more of a personal problem (I shouldn't have to open up to 5 or more calendars all the time). **Recommendations to others considering PracticePanther:** Keep your calendar up to date and make sure your team members/coworkers are doing the same. It allows clients to follow what is happening with their matter, send documents as well as secure messges. The help team is also very useful. Any questions or queries are quickly answered. **What do you dislike about PracticePanther?** In my jurisdiction payments cannot be accepted online. While this would be a useful feature I have found work arounds for this. It should also be easier to add multiple contacts to a matter but there is also a work around for that. **Recommendations to others considering PracticePanther:** Set up a demo, use the platform for the week free trial. Ask questions of others who are alredy using the platform. **What problems is PracticePanther solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time manangement, efficency in keeing clients up to date, logging times and billing. Especially billing as I no longer have to manually create invoices or send reminders for unpaid invoices. I definitely recomend practice panther for sole practictioners as well as larger firms. ### 46. Their technical support is non-responsive and unable to remediate basic technical support issues. Over six months ago, Practice Panther stopped syncing event calendars, tasks, and contacts with Microsoft Outlook. The company has no ETA to fix this basic issue which leaves us having to enter these details in both systems and reconcile daily manually. **What do you dislike about PracticePanther?** Technical support is non-responsive. Lack of ability to sync with Microsoft Outlook is unacceptable. **What problems is PracticePanther solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Practice Panther for our case mangement system and billing.
