Easy to use and setup, works like a charm! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jean-François C. | CFO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025 **What do you like best about Zum?** Ease of use, payment options adapted to our needs. **What do you dislike about Zum?** Not yet adapted to multiple entities groups of companies (but they have a workaround) **What problems is Zum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We take membership deposits for a large portion of our uers in Canada, and these deposits remain with us for the duration of the commercial relationship between our users and us. Once they leave the service, we must refund them. Since they may have changed credit cards multiple times over that time, we can't simply refund on the card. We used to write them cheques. With all the trouble of ensuring the proper address, printing, signing, putting in envelopes and mailing of each of them. Enters Zum, which allows us to refund our users by email, via the Interac platform. This is saving us so much time, as well as money and fraud risks (cheques are SO 20th century!). ### 2. We have greater insight into all stages of the payment process and are able to be significantly more responsive when payment issues arise. ### 3.
