What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

The price gets excessive if you use cloud storage, but I just record to my computer instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get it! It's pretty amazing. Hands down the easiest software I've used for ANY application and definitely for video. A brand new person can be up and running in half an hour with it. The price is great, CS and tech support are decent, and the platform is stable. We've had very, very few problems implementing and using it with our team. I love that it's easy regardless of mobile or desktop device and that I can access via phone if I'm on the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
