The support team is also fantastic, readily responding to any question you may have. **What do you dislike about CARET Legal?** N/A. Everything is very easy to navigate and the response time for any question is remarkable. I have nothing but positive things to say about Zola. **What problems is CARET Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have improved greatly with managing cases with contact. As well, time tracking and billing are made very easy with the programs in place. ### 3. It is expensive for the occasional lawyer. It would be great to have a pricing plan for people like me. **What problems is CARET Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?** My problem is that I only take one or two cases a year and I need a practice management platform that doesn't have a long learning curve. We have been able to organize all of the important events in the calendar without forgetting anything. ### 6.
