They way it was supposed to work sounded great. We had nothing but issues with this. **What do you dislike about LawToolBox?** It never worked correctly. Every time we tried to add a deadline it would disappear. Beyond that, it was not user friendly at all. We did not have time to wait for them to fix the issues and hours to train staff. **Recommendations to others considering LawToolBox:** Just don't. I'm sure there are much better programs out there. Was eventually contacted by someone from the company but not at the time when we were having issues. They did not seem concerned until I left a review for their product. **What problems is LawToolBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** None on either account. ### 3. The company offers a free trial or you can view some of its video tutorials to get a better sense of how it works. **What do you dislike about LawToolBox?** Not as user-friendly or intuitive as some other case management applications. **Recommendations to others considering LawToolBox:** A video supplies more information on LawToolBox365 as bundled with Office 365 **What problems is LawToolBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Calculate Deadlines.
