The biggest problem is the lack of reliability with delivery of the "Opened" receipt by RMail. You get an Ack and a receipt of delivery to a mail server receipt right away, but you only get a followup "Delivered and Opened" receipt in only 50% of cases. In many situations, I would receive a response to my email, but no receipt from RMail that the original email was opened. It defeats the whole purpose of RMail, any email client today provides you with the delivery receipt, but it's the "opened" receipt that matters. RMail is one of the best products I've ever used to encrypt and stay secure from cyber threats in this digital era. I need this confidence to continue moving from paper to email for important documents and it is much cheaper than FedEx or UPS. I don't use encryption but it is also included as is esign and a large file delivery. I have not used that yet but I am glad these are included in my subscription. **What do you dislike about RMail?** I have not found anything I dislike at this time. It serves me well and I know when my emails are delivered. **What problems is RMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving two problems. One is that we have had instances where a recipient of an email said they didn't get it. We sent them the receipt and they claimed that they must have missed it. There's so much that I love. First of all, how easy it is to use. We installed the RMail button into Outlook, and our employees actually use it. With other solutions, we spent tons of money on products that few people used. This was a problem because email security is a priority for us. Track&Prove allowed our company to shift importance communications to email, as we now have court-admissible proof of send and delivery. With encryption, we can protect the information in our emails. I especially love the most recent updates that use AI to recommend when an email should be encrypted and even ask the sender to verify recipients if the app detects a potential mistake. It used to happen that people accidentally sent messages to the wrong recipient, which was a huge problem. Another functionality that I love is the ability to redact certain parts from the email, or set a view limit, which allows us to add an extra layer of protection to certain parts of the email. I must say pricing is another great plus... **What do you dislike about RMail?** This is not really something I dislike, but there's just so much you can do with RMail that I get the feeling we are not making the most of it. Luckily ou0r customer success agent is very helpful and great at training us. Also, the product is so easy to use...
