**What do you like best about Zime?**

It offers a great UI interface that integrates directly with our CRM/Calling tool that allows me, as a seller, to leverage the notetaker to not only do the dirty work for me in recording the call, so I can stay engaged in my conversations, but the built-in AI allows me to go back and pull real insights from the call that I may have missed.  Exploring areas how prospects emotional react to questions, key points I may have missed, etc.

Zime has been a great asset to my overall sales process!

**What do you dislike about Zime?**

I've not found anything recently.  The biggest hole was the lack of usage in offline conversations, but with their recent roll-out of an app the issue has been solved.

**What problems is Zime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its most basic - Zime is a notetaker that frees me from having to keep up on calls, knowing that everything is being captured.

But in a much more detailed - and impactful way - Zime's AI engine allows me to better identify with and connect to the needs of my prospects by allowing me to dig into my calls and not simply "review transcripts" or notes.

**What do you like best about Zime?**

I really like that Zime automatically drafts my follow-up emails, especially after a lengthy call with stakeholders. It's impressive how quickly I get a transcript with all the key points and use cases, along with proposed next steps. It doesn't feel like a generic template, more like a thoughtful recap I would have written myself. The pre-call notes are also very sharp and help me focus on what this specific deal needs right now, identifying competing priorities and where to anchor the conversation. The entire call workflow feels automated in the best way, letting me spend more energy on the actual selling. The full loop from preparation to recap to CRM update happens seamlessly, which is what I believe good sales tech should do. I also appreciate not having to fill in CRMs or write post-call emails manually, as it saves me a lot of time and keeps my CRM clean without extra effort.

**What do you dislike about Zime?**

Maybe the pre-call notes could be a lot better. Maybe it could understand from me what sort of research I exactly want from a company, and then it can make the pre-call research better.

**What problems is Zime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zime to automate post-call emails and CRM updates, saving me time and improving my deal cycle. I focus more on selling as the whole call workflow feels automated efficiently.

**What do you like best about Zime?**

Economical compared to Salesforce. It adapts to different industries, easy to implement, has support in Spanish. Very useful in implementations in Latin America.

**What do you dislike about Zime?**

It is necessary to pay for advanced plans to have greater customization.

Be an affordable and easy-to-use CRM option for small and medium-sized businesses
