I really like that Zime automatically drafts my follow-up emails, especially after a lengthy call with stakeholders. It's impressive how quickly I get a transcript with all the key points and use cases, along with proposed next steps. It doesn't feel like a generic template, more like a thoughtful recap I would have written myself. The pre-call notes are also very sharp and help me focus on what this specific deal needs right now, identifying competing priorities and where to anchor the conversation. The entire call workflow feels automated in the best way, letting me spend more energy on the actual selling. The full loop from preparation to recap to CRM update happens seamlessly, which is what I believe good sales tech should do. I also appreciate not having to fill in CRMs or write post-call emails manually, as it saves me a lot of time and keeps my CRM clean without extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe the pre-call notes could be a lot better. Maybe it could understand from me what sort of research I exactly want from a company, and then it can make the pre-call research better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
