Zime’s AI Notetaker and CRM Integration Keep Me Focused—and Deliver Deeper Call Insights

It offers a great UI interface that integrates directly with our CRM/Calling tool that allows me, as a seller, to leverage the notetaker to not only do the dirty work for me in recording the call, so I can stay engaged in my conversations, but the built-in AI allows me to go back and pull real insights from the call that I may have missed. Exploring areas how prospects emotional react to questions, key points I may have missed, etc. Zime has been a great asset to my overall sales process!

Streamlined Call Workflow with Zime, A Must for Sales Teams

I really like that Zime automatically drafts my follow-up emails, especially after a lengthy call with stakeholders. It's impressive how quickly I get a transcript with all the key points and use cases, along with proposed next steps. It doesn't feel like a generic template, more like a thoughtful recap I would have written myself. The pre-call notes are also very sharp and help me focus on what this specific deal needs right now, identifying competing priorities and where to anchor the conversation. The entire call workflow feels automated in the best way, letting me spend more energy on the actual selling. The full loop from preparation to recap to CRM update happens seamlessly, which is what I believe good sales tech should do. I also appreciate not having to fill in CRMs or write post-call emails manually, as it saves me a lot of time and keeps my CRM clean without extra effort.
