All its features perfectly address the needs around meeting scheduling. It has a low entry point, and creating your calendar and page is super straightforward. Plus, it offers the best customer support - they literally guide you by the hand. I also appreciated how easy it was to connect Zencal to my Google Calendar. Now, I use it daily to speed up scheduling meetings with our partners. **What do you dislike about Zencal?** here's a slightly higher entry point if you want to use more advanced features. I wouldn’t really call this a drawback, but there are so many features that it takes some time to get familiar with them all. However, the support is always there to help **What problems is Zencal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zencal saves me tons of time scheduling meetings with our partners. Before, I had to exchange a couple of emails every time I tried to set up a call. Now, I just send them the link, and they can easily choose the best time. The best part is that such a basic setup took me maybe five minutes, and it just works. ### 2. At the same time, it is developing much faster than the competition, so it will probably surpass it. The direct contact with the owner/developer and the speed of operation are definitely a plus. It's great that webhooks work so well. **What do you dislike about Zencal?** The pricing system needs improvement. In its current form, where each account pays the same amount, even after discount, this software is more expensive than competitors such as SimpleBookMe or AcuityScheduling. For some services that are less frequently ordered by customers which require a separate calendar, the fee represents a significant cost. It would be useful to offer, for example, packages of 10-20 calendars for a fixed price.
