What do you like best about Zencal?

I use Zencal to enable patients to schedule appointments, and I must admit that the design is very clear, which I really like. It's very easy to make changes and set up the schedule. The transparent calendar and integrated payments allow me to simply send a link to schedule an appointment, which is convenient for both me and the patients. When I had a problem with connecting payments, Zencal's support was quick and fantastic, I felt very well taken care of. I also like Zencal's aesthetics because the green color makes it pleasant to work with. Switching from Calendly, which was ugly and cumbersome, to Zencal was a great decision. I think everything works as it should in Zencal, and I appreciate its intuitiveness, and the whole setup process was fabulously simple. I recommend Zencal to everyone, give it 11/10, and recommend it left and right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how customer-oriented Zencal is. All its features perfectly address the needs around meeting scheduling. It has a low entry point, and creating your calendar and page is super straightforward. Plus, it offers the best customer support - they literally guide you by the hand. I also appreciated how easy it was to connect Zencal to my Google Calendar. The pricing system needs improvement. In its current form, where each account pays the same amount, even after discount, this software is more expensive than competitors such as SimpleBookMe or AcuityScheduling. For some services that are less frequently ordered by customers which require a separate calendar, the fee represents a significant cost. It would be useful to offer, for example, packages of 10-20 calendars for a fixed price. There is no option to add HTML to emails and generate ICS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I met him so late! In the last year, I tested a dozen appointment booking systems and none are perfect, but here, for the first time in my life, I have a real influence on what features are introduced and I know that sooner or later they will be implemented.
