As more feedback, conversations, and interactions are captured, there’s a natural next step where you can start asking more dynamic questions across all of it. Things like understanding patterns over time, blind spots, or how you’re evolving.

It would also be interesting to see this extend into AI agents, since they’re increasingly part of day-to-day workflows and can provide a very real signal on how someone actually operates.

I really like how Your360 AI makes it much easier to collect feedback from colleagues and managers who know me well. It's especially strong in providing insights into common themes, and the naturalistic discussions with Tam, the virtual coach, help people share their thoughts more easily than traditional surveys. The ability to engage in back-and-forth conversations and dive into specific areas of interest while getting a general overview of familiar topics is really well executed. It's an efficient use of time, yielding valuable insights from those who know me best.
