What do you like best about Mapal Culture Suite?

How easy the platform is to navigate, learners can easily see the training to be completed and explore additional learning options at their leisure. I especially love the Career mapping capability, I have worked in L&D a long time and never been able to create a visual journey of career pathways available, that also curates learning opportunities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mapal Culture Suite?

Some elements of the platform took more time to develop as they were new and as first adopters this was challenging at times. The team were supportive in helping us to navigate and use the various elements to ensure we got the most value from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mapal Culture Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mapal allows us to host our annual performance development reviews, compliance training, development training, talent development and career pathways all within the one platform. We have also recently began using their engagement surveys for training evaluations and employee engagement pulse surveys. What do you like best about Mapal Culture Suite?

The suite allows me to create personalised training journies for my team with easy-to-follow reporting tools to manage its execution and delivery.

The library of training modules provides a wide breadth of content to create programmes that are specific to individuals and job roles, and having the platform available as a mobile application means that the team can acess their training on-te-go.

The implemtation team were very patient in guiding me through the use of the system from an adminstrational perspective, and so far the follow up customer support have been really helpful where I've had questions about further building out our use of platform.

One of the reasons for choosing the Mapal suite was its ability to integrate with our HR and Scheduling software which saves us time having to duplicate new starters on both platforms separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mapal Culture Suite?

It takes a little time to get familiar with the navigation tools; perhaps too many options that could be streamlined? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mapal Culture Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Mapal Suite is ensuring that we can deliver our statutory training requirements within the Licensed Hospitality field, as well as helping us to create a firm foundation of soft-skills and knowledge based training. The reporting tools allow me to monitor the progress of the team training and zero-in on those that need additional support to ensure we have a well-trained team delivering armed with the relevant knowledge to carry out their roles. Can be very technical to build some products, which are difficult for operationally backgrounded team members to use.

Tracking tem delevopment and training - allows us to effectively manage team development remotely and identify venues which need further support. We can use to send through training practises or policies to support remote teams. Allows us to tailor training to different needs of indivuduals or teams, or based on their products served at venue. What do you like best about Mapal Culture Suite?

Mapal is helping organizations bring all there data needs, routines and internal comms into the same platform.

Having worked with Compliance specifically we have managed to easily distribute effective routines and checklists to more than 800 staff members on a daily basis.

Compliance has helped us align our organization and allowed us to effectively be working on the same tasks regardless of geographic location.

Imagine having one person working in one way and another in another way...Compliance ensures that all 800 have the posibilty to work the same way, so the impact of this is huge for our organization.

One of my personal favourites about Compliance is the ability it has to impact quickly. By this I mean if we need a checklist or routine implemented asap it can be done with just a few easy clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mapal Culture Suite?

Have not worked with Mapal Culture Suite.

One downside I have noticed...

For existing and established organizations we do not always have the time to spend on a young developing platform. Essentially we do not have time to be the guinea pig of a platform and helping them to grow whilst compromising on our immeadiate needs.

I could be wrong,but in my opinion Mapal Culture Suite would be ideally adapted to startups where they can grow with the business and both parties are happy to spend time on developing together, atleast in the early years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mapal Culture Suite?

We only currently use Flow-Learning and have had great success with it. There are lots of different elements that can keep learners engaged and removing the need for paper documentation

My regular catch ups with Hugo are great and I always feel heard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I like most about Mapal Culture Suite is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. It makes managing and organizing employee training, engagement, and performance tracking incredibly seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system can occasionally be slow, particularly when handling large amounts of data or generating detailed reports.

What do you like best about Mapal Culture Suite?

What do you dislike about Mapal Culture Suite?

The least helpful part of the Mapal Suite ( We are only really using Flow LMS and Mapal One) is that the reporting offered is extremely limited. I have fed this back numerous times over the years but have yet to see any real progress.

Developments are often in the pipeline for quite a long time but we don't necessarily get to see them straight away if at all. It is only when we ask about something that we get offered it.

Inconsistencies with communication too - doesn't seem to be a regular schedule of when and how things happen for the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
