**What do you like best about Winningtemp?**

I use Winningtemp to give feedback to my employer and direct manager. I find it very convenient that it has been made much easier and that the tool is very user-friendly. What I especially like is that it is so easy to give a score and that you can quickly share information with HR. You can also leave a comment with each score, so you can make it clearer to your employer or direct manager.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

You did not immediately receive an overview of the tool as a user.

I use Winningtemp to easily give feedback to my employer and manager. It is clear, makes it easy to give scores, and quickly share information with HR.

**What do you like best about Winningtemp?**

The high frequency (once a week) it might be a bit overwhelming at the begining, but well used with the team helps fostering a fruitful dialogue that otherwise would not be possible.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

I'm a big fan in general but maybe something that could be improved is to send regularly to the managers a report with their performance, trends, etc. Some managers do not have the habit yet to go and check their results, so a push could help keeping the intensity high.

It highlights when an issue in the organization happens, allowing the leaders to take inmediate and relevant action, which result can be also seen on the next few weeks statitstics.

**What do you like best about Winningtemp?**

The temp! To have a constant metric to use as a foundation in the org both long-term (KPI:s) and short-term to discuss certain areas in regards to the result.
I have discovered the tool both in a role as a manager and employee in two different organizations. The key is to don´t let go of only the data points, it regularly needs to be reflected upon.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

Interpretation of questions varies. Sometimes you get to think of something that is not covered in the weekly survey. Comment is key.

**What problems is Winningtemp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sense and know how the Company and Teams perform, feel, and do. That we set goals accordingly to the Organization and value the employees' input on a regular basis, not only once or twice a year. Transparent although anonymous.

**What do you like best about Winningtemp?**

There are many good points to the Winnintemp system; for both staff and managers.  For staff, it is quick and simple to use, and more importantly to many, it means they can have their voice heard while remaining anonymous.  For managers, they are able to see up-to-date temperatures in a number of different areas and quickly see how they have improved or digressed over a certain period.  For the organisation as a whole, they are able to see the bigger picture, while smaller departments can easily narrow down to their own areas.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

I fully understand the need for anonymity, but do sometimes find it frustrating having conversations with a faceless/nameless person.  That said, I do know from the perspective of staff how important this is to them, so even though it frustrates me I fully understand why it is necessary.

**Recommendations to others considering Winningtemp:**

If you want a very easy-to-use system that will provide a regular overview of the mood/pulse of your organisation I would have no hesitation in recommending Winningtemp.

**What problems is Winningtemp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have made some changes to our procedures/processes following comments made in respect to some of the questions.  Not everyone is brave enough to stand up and speak out in front of others, so Winningtemp has given everyone the chance to have their say and be heard.  One recent change that has been made after reading some responses is that we have initiated a Right to Disconnect policy.
We also see this as a way staff can potentially vent their frustrations.  Rather than some keeping their feelings/frustrations to themselves, they are able to vent and have their say which often is what is needed to stop them from festering in their heads and potentially affect their mental health.

- I would appreciate more practical support about how to discuss and present the results in different ways. E.g. practical examples of workshops, templates etc.

To be able to answer my staff's questions and they remain hidden. 
It is a great way to see different groups' statuses and what we need to improve for even better work culture.
I also like the esthetics of the Winning Temp site. It makes you happy.

You have to get everyone involved, or you won't get as good insights. Other than that, Winning Temp is great!

Try it out! You will not regret it! But you have to give it some time to set in.

You will have and heads up if a group is not happy with certain areas.
We can talk about problems that come up on Winning temp as a group.
I can answer my staff's questions, and they remain anonymous, and this gives the team a great tool to get to the bottom with problems and me to solve them efficiently.

**What do you like best about Winningtemp?**

Before using Winningtemp we were having a yearly survey, where it took months to get back the results and when we started to make changes and take actions the feedback was old and not relevant anymore. Winningtemp is a useful tool that helps us to measure employee´s happiness, satisfaction and it´s a "communication bridge" between the leaders and employees.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

Would be great if some of the features could be more customizable (sometimes it´s hard to match it with the company´s needs. (ex. Yearly employee´s review).

**What problems is Winningtemp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of us get a chance to provide a feedback on weekly basis instead of waiting for the upcoming 121 meeting. This is a great way to express feelings both what we are doing good and what we need to improve.

**What do you like best about Winningtemp?**

It has ha very sleek, modern and nice visual design. The concept is good. The measuring of what people think is excellent. And the ability to take actions with regard to the measurements. Very good that you can both answer the surveys directly from a mail without logging in, but also from the web page or the phone app. Very good to be able to compare your stats with other companies.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

It can be pretty messy and not so intuitive to use, especially when it comes to goals. Also admin of teams and stats can be very unclear. Quiet often it's very slow with long loading times. Also when you click on something, there is no loading indicator, and since it's slow you can't really be sure if you hit the link/button or not. You also have to choose a person or team twice to have it load sometimes, might be intended but for me and my colleagues it seem a bit strange.

It has a lot of potential and the support is amazing. They also listen to needs that YOU want and tries to implement it.

Easier to know what areas to adress when it comes to employee satisfaction. It keeps the focus on contonue to work with improvements in certain areas in need. It's a good tool for reminding people about their goals and activites. Very useful to keep history and track back to remember or summarize a certain period for an employee.

**What do you like best about Winningtemp?**

The overview and the reporting is great. It's a powerful tool with an easy-to-use UX. It doesn't require a lot of admin but it provides a lot of super-valuable insights. Without Winningtemp we would really struggle when it comes to understanding what motivates our people and if we, as a management group, are clear in our messaging.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

We had periods of slow performance, but I think it is better now. We are a matrix organisation and sometimes it is confusing to know which leader the feedback applies to. Would be great if we could segment employees even more.

**Recommendations to others considering Winningtemp:**

If you value your employees and don't think they're easily replaceable, you need Winningtemp as your management compass.

Getting employees to say what they think so that we can know where we need to improve. We look at the results on the dashboard and the comments every week, and it becomes a natural improvement cycle.

I would recommend using this tool if you are genuenlly interested in how the team feels, what problems there are in the team that you may have not noticed, etc.

It helps very quickly identify problems that employees face and eliminate them or work on them. For example, the last problem we had was an employee complaining about information gap regarding our invoicing processes. And we had the person responsible for invoicing provide a short refreshement training to the entire team the next day - turned out that several people from the team had questions about this

With an agile dev-team on Winningtemp a part we have been able to set this up swiftly for our organization. The support is first class with swift and informative answers. This has become a part in how we run our company and is on the management team agenda weekly.

This avant-garde way of doing surveys can at times require a bit more explaining to managers. Not always easy to follow the method behind the metric at first glance.

It´s such an easy way to get a complete insight into how we as an organization are doing. Our managers and employees are more engaged and use the tool to create dialougue and improve their day-to-day work environment. It provides many useful KPIs for our Health and safety process. The tool is intuitive and easy to use and administrate. The customer support is fast and professional.

The tool could have even more customized features, like how often the eNPS question goes out.

It's a really intuitive system, with lots of opportunities to better analyse and record your company's engagement and morale. It enables our team to pinpoint areas for improvement and work on these, tracking progress as we go.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

Nothing - I've used a number of alternative employee engagement surveys in the past, and this one is definitely the best I have seen.

We have been able to see when a change in management or process as improved the morale, engagement or general temperature of a department/team. We have also been able to receive real, constructive feedback which we can then respond to accordingly. We have fully adopted this into our work, and use it as a great way to understand improvements within the organisation and our success when implementing these.

Quick and frequent polls, good statistics, and follow-up on changes. An excellent way to be able to give feedback anonymous when needed.

Sometimes it's a bit hard to find specific detailed information in the UI, for instance, information on a particular poll that somebody sent out.

With Winningtemp, we can easily track how our employees feel and quickly take action when needed. We can track overall progress as well as follow up on how different events of activities were percived.

The simple way it is structured and that it doesn't take a long time to collect information.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

That questions are the same all the time. I think there is room for improvements here to keep it updated. New questions which still are relevant to the areas. To keep employees interested something new need to happen.
I also don't like that widgets are not poosible for new versions of sharepoint (office 365) since that would helt to show and spread the information about the result in a better way.

The dashboard has continually evolving ratings and a comparison to the average results across the Winningtemp book of business.

**What do you dislike about Winningtemp?**

The way we have had to structure our teams as it can make it a little more difficult to establish where we need to focus our time.

The opportunity to go back to anonymous contributors and give them feedback to the points they have raised rather than them hearing company wide feedback at a Townhall Meeting for instance.

That we can't change how frequently we're sending puls survey because it'll affect eNPS algorithm.

Provides more in-depth analysis than other similar tools that I used in past companies

Problems with direct communication about difficult topics - if it's too hard to talk about in person for our employees.

It is difficult with smaller departments, which do not achieve anonymity, where you cannot monitor temperature. Some questions are perceived as strange by the employees.

It is a very good support. We do not use goals yet, but I would recommend it.

This is a great tool for communication anonymously with your leader and employees. It is also a good tool for putting the HR questions on the agenda, both for the employees to reflect and think about leadership and organizational matters, but also for the leader group to be aware.

If you have small teams, they will not be anonymous.

Getting the issue on the table and be aware of some matters that people dont want to talk about unless they are anonymous.

It provides structure and process around assessing softer metrics.
I also like the mechanisms that prompt praising colleagues.

Very easy to overuse anonymity, which does not promote a culture of transparency and openness.
Some of the interfaces are cumbersome and in need of a UX pass.

**Recommendations to others considering Winningtemp:**

Don't overuse or abuse anonymous surveys.  They point out problem areas or trends, but you have to analyze, include, listen and negotiate with real people to craft solutions.

**What problems is Winningtemp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps uncover particular sentiments that are difficult for people to express in other forums, particularly during COVID.
Can identify trends and pro-actively apply some focus to addressing or maintaining them.
It helps to measure eNPS and address retention issues.

Good support from the team at Winningtemp.

The OKR function is not up to standard. The temp part is good in terms of the weekly questions UX. We are probably a too small organization to get the full value. The tool is probably better for >20ppl orgs. Still however delivers value and good as a whistle blower function.

Whistle blower function, gather anonymous data on the teams well being, OKR tracking, performance review talks.
