The tool is very easy to use, with the AI coach guiding you through each step and prompting follow-up questions to make sure feedback is thoughtful and complete rather than surface-level. I especially liked that self-reviews focus on choosing three key areas for improvement, which gives managers and peers clear context on where to provide feedback.
