The interface is user-friendly and the features are beneficial for managing my team. The software has helped me to save time and improve communication with my staff **What do you dislike about workstaff?** Would be great if new hires could see the old job offers without having to repost them again. **What problems is workstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling staff, keeping track of time, tracking events, staff clock ins and clocks out, time reports, budget reports, staff invoicing, filtering staff by position or permits, rating and keeping notes on the staff, seeing who applied to job offers. The platform is really intuitive, and if you have some troubles, customer service is always here to help. 10/10 would recommend it. **What do you dislike about workstaff?** I don't dislike anything in Workstaff, whenever something happened to "bug" me, customer service helped me find a solution. Workstaff constantly evolves through many updates, and they care about customer feedback. **What problems is workstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workstaff helps me book, manage and communicate with all the different teams we have at our different events in a single place. Or even for the chats to have more functionalities. **What problems is workstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves the complex task of gathering accurate hour and date information for me to be able to pay my staff.
