Whelp seems to be unique in its ability to create a consolidated inbox for all of our social media messaging channels. It also allowed us to create canned answers for common questions, but we strive to connect our customers to a live human agent quickly. Customer support has always been very responsive and they company is nimble enough that they have sometimes implemented improvements based on our suggestions. Automatic detection of when a call is being answered could use some improvement. We currently require a manual step to declare that a human is in the loop or the scripting might inadvertently tell the customer that all agents are busy even though the conversation is ongoing.
