
We tried Whelp as a way to bring all of our customer communication (email, WhatsApp, live chat, SMS) into one place. I really like the idea of having a single inbox and the AI features that can handle a good portion of repetitive questions. It definitely has the potential to save time and keep the team more organized.
That said, the user interface feels a bit clunky compared to other tools we’ve used. Onboarding took longer than expected and some of the integrations weren’t as smooth as I’d hoped. For small teams, the pricing is fair, but if you’re used to polished tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk, you’ll probably notice the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
