I wish there was an easier way to test key reports. Currently, I have a key reports listing under "documents" in my workspace, but to test them, I have to add them as key controls which is really inefficient and does not provide for easy tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that you do not get all features of Workiva with the basic package that QH has. We do not have W-Data and thus the Workiva Sync is really a glorified copy + paste tool. I also hate that system functionalities are abridged simply because we did not buy the W-Data package - for example, the Find + Replace feature is a one-by-one adjustment rather than being able to select a full page or sheet and have it find / replace everything. Generally, the platform is quick to implement and add depending on the features selected to use (data connections may take more time). Workiva has a relatively intuitive user interface that allows quick adoption and easy usage overall. Particularly when drafting documents etc., it really functions like MS Word. Most documents can be created outside of Workiva and then uploaded into their platform, with only final changes usually needed.

However, one of Workiva's greatest aspects is that they have very responsive and helpful 24-hour customer service. They are always pleasant and quick to provide assistance that resolves any technical or adoption issues. They always promptly follow up with emails. Once a document is in Workiva, it can be a little slow to make in line/real-time edits and changes in terms of speed of cursor and edit changes (just seems a little slower than working in word or excel directly). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It consolidates all of the “junk” from multiple places into one location; so I am no longer running around trying to find all of my files. Templates are okay for the forecast portions. The consolidated feature is better than our old method of doing things. They will respond when something breaks which has been a nice surprise since I was expecting they would completely ignore me. Data processing speeds are terrible and it takes an eternity to run a template. It takes 18 months for basic updates to occur and that is absolutely ridiculous and very slow.
