**What do you like best about Workiva?**

The product gets the job done but reporting and document tracking within the product is not good.

**What do you dislike about Workiva?**

The technical support has been some of the worst I have ever experienced.

**What problems is Workiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FERC quarterly and annual reporting.

**What do you like best about Workiva?**

It is great to have al of our audit workpapers in one place and organized.

**What do you dislike about Workiva?**

Workiva has lots of glitches which is frustrating. The system sometimes goes down for days. Customizations are limited.

**What problems is Workiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workiva keeps everything organized in one place. It is easy to see analytics with their various dashboards.

  ### 3. ESG Platform - Clunky and duplicative work

**What do you like best about Workiva?**

We utilize Workiva for our SEC Filings, SOX compliance, Technical Accounting Memos, and most recently are implementing their ESG solution.  ESG is not user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Workiva?**

Only complaint is on ESG platform.  Not user friendly.  Data tables, running chains, complex formulas.  Would rather just to factbook to doc.

**What problems is Workiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for SEC filing, SOX & Policies

**What do you like best about Workiva?**

Wdesk is highly customizable, which can be great for all the different customers as they can get a customized software experience. However, the customization is not worth it in my opinion.

**What do you dislike about Workiva?**

Wdesk is very outdated and behind the times compared to competitors. The software is very laggy and constantly logs the user out of the system. The Testing Dashboard does not allow the user to read the whole control description of the controls and isn't customizable to the user needs. Updating any details within a control takes too long as you have to navigate to a separate "data" tab within the system. Comments aren't able to be attached to the appropriate spot every time. The sub-sections will randomly collapse within the test forms, and the data within the form will not always be saved appropriately.

It includes controls, issues and testing mangement.

**What do you dislike about Workiva?**

In countries outside the US, the tool is not efficient due to latency issues in the SOX module.
