What do you like best about VoxVote?

It is easy to use. It works without any sort of problems or glitches. I like that I always have the same code, so that the respondents don't need a new code for each question that I might ask. It is highly customizable which allows me to gather the necessary details I need to determine the necessary changes our processes require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoxVote?

What problems is VoxVote solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about VoxVote?

Feedback from the audience is a necessary factor in determining the effectiveness of our institution's customer service. I started using the online questionnaires instead of the old questionnaires to gather the different comments from the clients. It's a fast and efficient way to gather the necessary details without the hassle of pencil and paper. VoxVote is specialized for surveys or feedback type feedback. It is highly customizable, which allows me to gather the necessary details that I need to determine the necessary changes that our processes require.

I also like it because it is easy to use. It works without any problems or failures and always allows me to have the same code, so my workers do not need a new code for every question I can ask. The images are also clear so that my team can easily see them on the screen and it seems to work on everyone's phone or computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoxVote?

Incorporation with other software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Word is a bit difficult. It is a necessity especially during the quarterly reports. I would like to be able to incorporate a survey into the PowerPoint slides. It would make it easier to ask a question, and then enter into a discussion and then another question.

I would also like to duplicate an event and name it according to the semester, year and session in which I am using it, since I can often repeat a survey in several semesters if it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering VoxVote:

I think they should put a greater amount of instructions for those people who are not so fond of digital systems, since it seems to me that this system has few instructions for the people who are using it for the first time.

I also think that it is very important to improve the recovery function since it seems to not work correctly. I had to create another account with another email. Although I hope this is a temporary error, since when I need to do a live demonstration in a presentation, I do not get these errors, well it's not what you want to happen. What problems is VoxVote solving and how is that benefiting you?

By using Voxvote, I have discovered a new way to start a conversation with those we want to reach and inform. It is much easier to talk about a result and let the audience explain their decision on a question. Especially getting in touch with young adults, digital natives, is much better and it is also a good way to use smartphones, because they are very used to using them.

Sincerity VoxVote is a really useful addition to the realization of all kinds of conferences, since it really allows you to get a real-time reaction from the people who listen to your conference.
