## Keeper Password Manager Reviews
 ### 1. Innovative, User-Friendly Password Manager—But Pricing Could Be Clearer

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** andrew.tsui@mtjf.ca T. | Senior IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Innovative and easy to use.

We were looking for a replacement for LastPass and are glad we came across Keeper. The browser add-on works seamlessly, and the admin console is intuitive and easy to navigate.

As with any password management solution, adoption is critical. Keeper proved far easier for our organization, both in terms of rollout and integration. Our users especially appreciate features like the Security Audit, which highlights reused or weak passwords, and Breachwatch, which alerts them if their credentials appear on the dark web.

I haven't had the opportunity to engage with customer support yet, so I can't comment on that aspect. From an administrative perspective, however, the reporting tools are thorough and robust, making it teasy to identify who's using Keeper and how often.

Overall, Keeper password management simpler, more transparent, and more secure for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Cost and Sales Experience

Keeper is still on the higher end of the pricing spectrum, so cost should be a part of the evaluation process. We did notice changes over time to their pricing and discounting approach, which initially made previous quotes and expectations difficult to align with renewal discussions.

That said, our experience this cycle was much better. Our new account rep was willing to work with us, understood our concerns, and we were ultimately able to come to an amicable agreement that made sense for both sides.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a password management solution. It solves that problem. It also allows me to identify who's being compliant.

 ### 2. Keeper is phenomenal - Highly recommended for companies looking to enhance their security.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliano B. | Information Security Junior, Investment Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The practicality of the tool is something truly noteworthy, very intuitive to use, aiding in the learning curve. Very quick implementation and great integrations. These factors make the daily use of the tool very good and easy to spread among internal teams.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The tool does not have major problems, it fulfills its purpose very well. But I miss some customizations, such as being able to edit or customize the display image of the registration icons. Support in Portuguese would be excellent.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a large number of employees saving passwords in insecure ways, such as notepads, spreadsheets, post-its, notebooks, etc. With Keeper, we were able to solve this problem by centralizing passwords in an intelligent and secure way. We managed to register MFA in the records themselves as needed, thus avoiding the use of personal cell phones for this registration. Agility in access, due to the automatic filling, makes it very quick and easy to perform the necessary accesses.

 ### 3. Feature rich password manager meeting all our business needs for password security and hygiene

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John C. | IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The user interface is very simple and user friendly which has helped drive user adoption.

New features rolled out to the platform with no need for additional licensing

The recent addition of supporting MFA codes within the vault has been a huge benefit to us.

The Keeper team continually contact us to ensure we are getting the most from the platform, providing areas for optimization to ensure we fully deliver on ROI.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The standalone application is noteably slower than the browser add-on.
We'd like to see a feature to allow you to archive records prior to deleting records. A further feature would be to have Keeper auto archive old records that have never been accessed or not accessed in a given ammount of years.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating unsactioned storage of compamy secrets, providing an audit trail on password utilization.

Features such as Security Audit reports, helping the security team easily identify week passwords, password reuse and password hygiene reports to better educate users

Secure file storage allowing the storage of certificates and keys within the vault.

 ### 4. Seamless Sync and Entra ID Integration That Streamlines Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas B. | CISO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

What stands out most about Keeper is its seamless user experience combined with powerful administrative capabilities. On the user side, the browser extension and mobile app sync instantly, drastically improving our daily workflow. The autofill and auto-capture features work flawlessly on almost every site we use, saving our team from the constant friction of manual credential management.

On the administrative and security side, the integration with Microsoft Entra ID is a game-changer. Setting up SSO (Single Sign-On) paired with SCIM provisioning has made user onboarding and offboarding entirely automated. When a new team member is added to Entra, their Keeper account and associated shared folders are provisioned instantly according to their role. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end security compliance and non-technical user adoption.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

there are no deal-breakers, as the solution is very stable and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the management of shared folders. Currently, managing shared folder assignments and detailed permissions from the main Admin Console isn't as unified as it could be; you often have to switch views or handle it from the user vault interface. Integrating full shared folder management directly and natively into the centralized admin interface would simplify the administrative workflow even further.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Keeper, managing credentials securely across the organization was a challenge, and onboarding new employees meant manual, time-consuming setups. Keeper solved this by giving us central control over our password security policy.

Thanks to the strong Entra ID (SSO & SCIM) integration, we have eliminated manual provisioning. The main benefit is two-fold: our IT administrative overhead has dropped significantly, and our team members no longer waste time with password resets or unsafe sharing methods. It has truly streamlined our operational efficiency while drastically reducing our security risks.

 ### 5. Best-in-Class Interface and Sync, But Pricing and Add-Ons Frustrate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zech S. | Director of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I like best is the organization, everything's easy to find. The instant sync across devices is great too, and the interface is honestly the best I've seen, with a cleaner layout than other password managers. Security focus is what matters most to me though.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Price is my biggest issue, it keeps going up, and I have to work with our account manager every time just to keep it reasonable. I also don't like that everything's an add on. Better reporting for enterprise should be included by default, not something extra we pay for.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The well thought out UI means users don't struggle to understand it, which has kept our support tickets low. At the same time, it keeps everyone secure, so we're getting strong adoption without sacrificing security or creating extra work for our team.

 ### 6. Keeper Is Easy and Makes Sense to secure today.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin G. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password Manager is easy to use, stores all my credentials and is easily accessible across all my devices. Keeper makes it easy to find what I'm looking for when I needed no matter the app, device, or workflow I need a credential for.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The admin dashboard in Keeper is pretty bland unless you pay for a lot of extras. Reporting is week with no out of the box options. You also can't search for a user in the current license user list. Minimal insights into a users vault such as number of records, times used etc.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager helps us solve the password problem. For everything that we can't SSO, Keeper is there to store the credentials, autofill them, and make them easily referenceable from any device at anytime.

 ### 7. Secure, Smooth Password Management That Keeps My Work Accounts Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It makes daily account handling more easy and organized for my work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I use many work platforms, professional logins and important records every day. managing passwords and different account details was sometimes confusing, especially while switching between clinic work and content related tasks. Now everything stays in one secure place and I can access accounts more quickly during work. Auto fill feature saves time while logging into different platforms and browser use also feels smooth during regular workflow. I also use it for storing important records and document related information, so things stay more organized instead of keeping details in different places.

The Chrome extension is also very useful during daily work because login suggestions and autofill appear directly while opening work platforms in browser, which saves time and makes account access faster. Security audit and alert features are useful because they help me check if passwords are weak or repeated. Performance also feels stable during daily use because vault access, browser autofill and account switching work smoothly most of the time without slowing down workflow.

Interface is simple after some regular use and implementation was also easy for me. Features feels enough for practical professional use without making the platform complicated. Overall, it helps me manage work accounts, important details and daily login related tasks in a more secure and smooth way.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

sometimes when I switch between many work accounts during clinic and content related work, the browser extension does not always fill login details instantly and I need to refresh or reopen the page. I also noticed that if too many records are stored together, managing folders and organizing entries properly takes some time in the beginning. For new users, some security related settings and options can also feel little overwhelming at first because there are many controls inside the vault. Apart from that, after regular use the workflow becomes more comfortable and organized.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of managing many work accounts, important records and login details in one secure place instead of keeping everything separately or trying to remember passwords manually. In my work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, while managing clinic related tasks and creating health education content, I regularly switch between different work platforms, professional accounts and browser logins, so it helps make daily workflow more organized and less confusing.

The browser extension and autofill features save time during work because account access becomes faster while handling multiple tasks together. It is also useful for storing important document related information and professional records more securely. Security audit and alert features help me identify weak or repeated passwords, which gives better control over account safety. Overall, it is benefiting me by improving account management, saving login time and making daily professional work more smooth and secure.

 ### 8. Secure Zero-Trust Password Management That Keeps Users in Control

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian R. | Security Analyst I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I really like how secure it feels. With most other password products, admins can reset users’ passwords, but Keeper takes a zero-trust approach. That means the user stays fully in control of their own password resets, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

When a user’s password has expired, or is about to expire, there’s no email notice and no in-app notification in the Keeper browser extension to alert them. This causes confusion as the user believes it is either a Keeper issue or they forgot their password.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper is constantly rolling out new features such as privileged access management and their new education portal. The education portal is helpful for me because we were somewhat early adopters of Keeper and now I can go back and reinforce knowledge on the Keeper product.

 ### 9. Security-First and Trustworthy: Keeper’s Zero‑Knowledge Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam S. | Student Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The best thing about Keeper is its security-first design. The zero‑knowledge architecture means your data is encrypted on your device and inaccessible to anyone else, which makes it far more trustworthy than many alternatives.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I dislike most is the pricing model. Many useful features, such as dark web monitoring and additional storage, are only available as paid add-ons, which can make the overall cost higher than expected

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the benefit is twofold — it improves security without adding friction. I don’t need to think about password complexity or reuse anymore, and I’ve got a single, controlled place for sensitive data. It also makes day-to-day access quicker with autofill, so it’s one of those controls that actually gets used rather than bypassed.

 ### 10. A Secure, Intuitive Password Manager You Can Trust With Your Organization's Sensitive Credentials

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Zimperium uses Keeper Password Manager to securely store and manage our organization's most sensitive credentials. As a company operating under FedRAMP High authorization ourselves, we specifically deploy the FedRAMP-authorized version of Keeper — a certification that isn't easily achieved and speaks directly to Keeper's commitment to security. Beyond compliance, Keeper is straightforward to deploy and our users find the interface intuitive. The browser extension in particular makes the day-to-day experience seamless, reducing friction without compromising security.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Occasionally the browser extension doesn't function correctly on certain websites, though in most cases this appears to be a compatibility issue with the site itself rather than a defect in Keeper. These instances are rare and don't reflect the typical user experience.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper solves two core problems for us: protecting individual user credentials and securely managing the shared credentials that inevitably exist in any organization. The latter is often the harder problem — shared secrets are a common security weak point — and Keeper handles it without requiring users to resort to insecure workarounds like spreadsheets or chat messages. The result is a meaningfully stronger credential security posture across the board.

 ### 11. Effortless Password Management with Keeper

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I appreciate that Keeper Password Manager is very easy to use and straightforward. I've never had an issue with it, and having backups of my passwords available gives me peace of mind. I can access it on my iPhone, so my passwords are readily available wherever I need them, and the login process seems secure. The setup process was easy, and our IT team rolled it out quickly without any major issues.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Probably the only thing that I find a little frustrating with it is when I go to log in on my iPhone, and it recognizes my face, and it logs into the next step, and then I get a PIN sent to me, which I enter. Sometimes, I'm quicker than that, and I hit the next button. And then, of course, it fails because for some reason, things have happened twice or something like that. So that beginning opening session is a little bit frustrating at times, but like I said, it's more my fault, I think, than if I was just a little more relaxed.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I track and update my numerous passwords with ease, and it helps me choose new ones seamlessly.

 ### 12. Reliable, Secure, and Well-Priced—But Offboarding Password Management Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Its commitment to security and a reasonable pricing model really stand out to me. From my perspective, it has been reliable, with 100% uptime over the last six years. Support and customer service have also been excellent throughout.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Managing passwords after offboarding isn’t very smooth. I’d prefer an option for an admin-controlled folder structure where shared passwords can live. Administrators shouldn’t be able to view the contents of the records, but they should be able to manage and control those records even after a user has left the org.

Right now, records are owned by individuals, and when someone leaves it can create issues and take time to reassign those records. If records could instead be owned by a folder, and administrators could control who owns the folder (and therefore the records within it), it would be much easier to manage.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all company password records in one place, where an administrator can manage them after someone is gone, is critical for continuity during both planned and unplanned offboarding. The ability to share records internally and externally, with expiry dates, is also essential.

 ### 13. Reliable, User-Friendly Security Stack with Excellent Support and SSO

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper has been a reliable, core component of our security stack, balanceing ease of use for general users with the robust controls of our dev team. The UI is approachable and enough that we see high adoption rates amoung our non tech staff which is critical for overall security hygiene.
Our Devs love the palform intrates well into thier workflows for secret sharing and we love the one time sharing feature. We were able to work with the team to onboard our Azure instance and use SSO for all of our teams using keeper. They went above and beyond with support.
The keeper app has great performace when mobile and even allows admins to approve access requests on the go.
Overall we were able to work with the team to put keeper in our software budget and get the most out of it.
As everyone knows, with the rise of AI, security is even more important and we get good use out of the AI agent integrations.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

While it is a short list there are some things that can be imporved.
1. The Autofill inconsistency is enough to bug me. It works most of the time but sometimes I have to nudge it to save a password.
2. If you dont use support - the onboarding curve can take a little time to figure out yourself but it can be done.
3. Search limits on massive data can feel a bit slow sometimes.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem it solves for us is security debt caused by improper credential handling. With Keeper, we get centralized accountability, less operational friction, and more proactive risk mitigation.

 ### 14. User-Friendly but Pricing Needs Attention

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adebayo B. | Event & Portrait Photographer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like that Keeper Password Manager is easy to use and very user-friendly. The onboarding and offboarding work pretty well, allowing us to delete and add users seamlessly. When users are added to Vault, it's instant, and they can immediately see the bot they are part of without refreshing their browser, which is really good. The initial setup was pretty easy too, and our account manager is reliable and responds very fast. The whole setup was smooth, with no issues at the start.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The part that could be improved is the pricing. We are not happy about Keeper increasing the pricing, like, every other few months. We've been keeping an eye on this for more than two years, and they've increased their price, I think, twice or three times. That's something that needs to be improved. It could be more than that if they don't keep changing prices.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager to store credentials, and I like that it's user-friendly and easy to use. The onboarding, offboarding, and adding users to the Vault are seamless and instant.

 ### 15. Intuitive, Fast, and Always Improving with Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor M. | Cybersecurity Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Very easy to administer, with a UI that feels intuitive and straightforward. The solution also keeps improving over time, regularly releasing new functions and features. A lot of native integrations and new ones are always on the way. No problems with performance; always a fast and concise experience, and the support is very prestative.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

By the moment there is no native n8n integration to KSM

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of shared credentials that used to be sent back and forth over email or chat, and the 2FA codes were held by just one person. Keeper’s sharing capabilities have made it much easier to manage those shared credentials and keep everything organized.

 ### 16. Reliable, Secure Password Management with Simple UI and Strong Encryption

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luciana S. | IT Manager , Health, Wellness and Fitness, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password brings solid reliability and security in the process of managing sensitive credentials, passwords and digital security
The program has versatile encryption mechanisms and this includes password autofill functionality
The interface is very understandable and simple, allowing new users to easily comprehend the tool
Keeper Password efficiently operates in multiple platforms and tools, helping users to easily share passwords with authorized team players
The process of generating strong and powerful passwords is something the software has done, and it also includes the use of biometrics
The organization of passwords and sensitive details is also a brilliant part of this app

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password has premium features and they all fee very costly and less attainable
The app faces some issues with autofill features and this affects the security effectiveness

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password helps companies to manage multiple passwords and there is no need to remember any of them
The software eliminates risks caused by reused and weak passwords, making all sensitive information very safe
Keeper Password makes accounts and specific sites to be secure and this in constant passwords updates
The process of sharing passwords in a secure manner is also fully facilitated by this software
No unauthorized access of sensitive information where this software brings a solid foundation
The cybersecurity practices are well supported and strengthened by this program
The process of password setting and instant recovery is fully supported by Keeper Password

 ### 17. The Professional Choice: Robust Vault Features with Nice Admin Oversight

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maris B. | Head of Information Technology, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It is easy to pick up and deploy company wide. The user interface is good enough, and it is easy to share the data with other employees a teams. There is a wide range of items you can save in the vault. Can save also payment cards information. The security is quite a high level. The mobile and desktop apps work well. Chrome extension is very helpful for saving and using passwords in the browser. Admins can see how strong user passwords are and ask users to update them – that helps to monitor the security level for the whole company.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The user interface is a little outdated but works well. With the leaving employees, the transfer is a little tricky but manageable. The mobile app feels a little less functional compared to the desktop application, which is harder on the go.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper solves a password security and sharing problem in a company. We needed a solution where users can easily save and share passwords and admins can overview the setup. All this works very well. As a result, we have a higher security level in the company.

 ### 18. Love the Web Extension: Easy Autofill and 2FA Code Filling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominic B. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I absolutley love the ease of use via the web extension that not only allows autofill, but also storing and filling of 2FA codes.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The only area I find can be labourious is splitting of admin functions within the management portal. However, the support is great so is very helpful when you get stuck to ensure that you dont give team leaders or management moire permission that required as it can be a little bit complicated

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Keeper overcomes is secure sharing of various credentials that need to be shared across the team

 ### 19. One Password, Total Security Peace of Mind with KEEPER

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo J. | Coordinador de Ciberseguridad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It has made my life much easier and significantly more secure. I only need to remember one master password, while Keeper safely manages all my other credentials. The autofill feature is fast and reliable, and the overall experience is simple, efficient, and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There are no major downsides in terms of functionality or usability, but the pricing can feel a bit high compared to some alternatives. However, the level of security, features, and reliability it provides helps justify the cost.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Keeper, managing multiple passwords was time-consuming and insecure, often leading to reused or forgotten credentials. Now, everything is stored securely in one place, with autofill and password generation making access fast and safe. This has saved time, reduced risk, and made managing accounts much more efficient.

 ### 20. Keeper: Clean UI, Reliable Performance, and Integrations That Deliver Real ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper is a strong, easy-to-use application with a clean UI/UX, reliable performance, and useful integrations that fit well into existing workflows. The pricing feels justified by the ROI, especially given the solid support and smooth onboarding experience. I also like how its AI and intelligence features add practical value without making the product feel overly complex.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I dislike about Keeper is that while the UI is generally clean, some workflows can feel a little clunky or unintuitive. Integrations are useful but may require extra setup, and the value depends on how deeply the team adopts the platform. Pricing can feel high for smaller teams, onboarding could be smoother, and the AI/intelligence features still feel like an area with room to mature.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure record sharing throughout out entire business.

 ### 21. Fast, Convenient Password Management with Effortless Autofill

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

once you start using keeper its impossible to go back mainly for the ease and convenience using keeper gives you but also because your passwords become 20 digits long and so insanely random if you can remember even one of them you are on a different level!

Keeper has a few nice features, the integrations into web browsers makes filling in user names and passwords automatic as you open the page and if you do need to change your password you can just click through the walkthrough and it generates and saves your new password with no fuss.

Keeper is a fast password manager, from loading the page keeper has autofilled the details and logged you in, the amount of time it saves is great and if any issues arise the support is great and back you back up and running in no time.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

A lot of the features we did have...like breach watch now require a different level of license which i suppose is what a lot of companies are doing but tech now you do get less for the license fee.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its saving so much time, i log in and out of a lot of software and online platform in my day to day activities and having keeper auto fill my user name and passwords and login just saves so much time as its just done and i can load the page and go straight into working instead of entering details and trying to remember my password.

 ### 22. Secure Password Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It keeps our organization’s passwords secure and means we only have to remember our Keeper password. The browser extension is handy for quick access and the auto-fill feature works great. We also integrated Microsoft Entra for automated onboarding and that works well.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There isn’t a whole lot that I dislike, but if I’m being picky, I don’t like that you have to complete 2FA before typing in your vault password. That feels backwards compared to other platforms. We’ve also run into a few cases where we had to re-invite employees using an alternate email address because they didn’t receive the initial account invitation, or it expired.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It stores our employees’ account passwords, which has reduced the number of password reset tickets we receive.

 ### 23. Very good service: Quickly find accesses and assign rights based on groups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas W. | Gründer und Geschäftsführer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The operation is very good for us. This way, we can quickly and securely find all the accesses we need in our daily work and assign the rights based on groups.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

We currently cannot move the server (which was in the USA at installation) to Europe, preferably Switzerland.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage a lot of passwords and accesses – both for ourselves and for our customers. It helps us enormously to consolidate everything into a single system and thus work consistently with just one solution.

 ### 24. Secure and Versatile, But Licensing Needs Direct Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruairidh H. | IT & Cyber Security Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I love that Keeper Password Manager is accessible and usable on all platforms and devices. The initial setup was nice and straightforward, especially with the SAML SSO feature that allows for user and group synchronizing.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The licensing. We have to work with a 3rd party to procure our licensing when we'd rather just work directly.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager for keeping credentials secure and shareable. It secures password sharing, strengthens user passwords, and facilitates password changes and randomization.

 ### 25. Keeps Security and Convenience in Harmony

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like that Keeper Password Manager works across all my devices, including my iPad, iPhone, browsers, and multiple computers. It lets me use multiple devices without having to think about if it's going to work, and the sync makes sure that passwords are updated in a timely manner. It just works. Keeper keeps everything secure for me, including the ability to use keys, MFA, and storing my credit card information securely. It's very secure and was so easy to set up. You're able to push it out using our desktop management software and get everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I would like to have it be able to stay logged in for longer than thirty days, but I understand that this is a security effort.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager keeps all my passwords secure, allows me to use MFA, and store my credit card info securely. It works across all my devices, browsers, and computers, with seamless syncing. I can control passwords administratively to protect business assets.

 ### 26. Flexible Team Password Sharing with Powerful Auto-Rotation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper offers a lot of flexibility. It has a solid system for sharing passwords with teams, and we really like the ability to auto-rotate passwords both on-premises and in the cloud. Entering credentials is straightforward, and it also lets us add custom fields as well as TOTP codes.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

While I appreciate the product’s flexibility, I did run into some friction during setup, mainly around the auto-rotation features. Also, capturing QR codes to set up TOTP requires the desktop app, which I find a bit clunky since it feels more like an embedded web page and still makes you log in through your browser for SSO.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables our teams to share passwords safely when they need to, and it helps move passwords out of text files and Excel spreadsheets, which improves our overall security posture.

 ### 27. Secure Shared Account Access Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz Q. | IS Project Leader - Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

IT has helped us to secure access for shared accounts.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Sometimes it doesn't recognise a record that I have already implemetned and asks me to save it again.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our first issue was that our CRM system was setup with "Teams" accounts. the login was shared with up to 10 staff. We had to enable MFA and couldn't do it within the platform. Keeper helped us to implement secure MFA for the teams accounts

 ### 28. Simplifying Account and Password Management with Keeper

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | CISO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper has helped our company unify password management. We have gone from password protected spreadsheets to the secure vault using Keeper. We are able to share accounts within our groups so everyone had access to the accounts they need.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

So far there is nothing in the Keeper platform that we do not like.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper has simplified the way we manage accounts and passwords. Bringing everything under on panel of glass.

 ### 29. Easy and Secure for Enterprises

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

It is easy to use and very secure. Easy to manage for an enterprise as well.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. The product is excellent overall.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is helping us give our employees a way to manage passwords. There were many user writing down passwords or forgetting passwords so Keeper allows us to give them tools for that not to happen.

 ### 30. Efficient and User-Friendly Password Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like that Keeper Password Manager is simple to use, which is a huge plus. It's also great that we can use it on multiple devices. I find the 'transfer to reset' feature great. The initial setup was simple and it's easy to export and import from the previous password manager. It's helpful that we can add support resources if needed.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I haven't had many issues with Keeper Password Manager yet. However, the cloud is discontinuously updated to add new features.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager to organize and manage several applications and software resources in a highly protected environment for multiple users.

 ### 31. Strong Encryption and Easy Sharing, but Auto-Fill Issues Persist

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney C. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I appreciate the encryption and being able to share passwords easily with employees our organization.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

One of the reasons I originally loved Keeper so much was the auto-fill tool; however, it hasn't worked in months and despite contacting customer service several times, no one can figure it out, which is quite frustrating.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to keep a password book, but we ended up reusing the same passwords, which isn’t the safest approach. Keeper helps us create unique passwords and keep them organized and accessible within the organization.

 ### 32. Keeper’s Encrypted Security Gives Real Peace of Mind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | Manager, Information Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I like most is understanding information held within Keeper is encrypted and secure. A feature not readily available in competing providers.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

In some cases, shared folders require additional updates to ensure passwords updated by other members are synced appropriately in a shared resource.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper helps ensure an easily managed private key store. Saving us from having to use services such as Hashicorp vault.

 ### 33. Easy Deployment and Complete Password Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denny L. | Sr Network Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Easy to use and easy to deploy. It provides complete password management.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The Keeper Bridge for syncing passwords with AD is a bit touchy, and it sometimes takes extra work to get it running properly.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our users use it to store passwords and share with their teams. We are also working on rolling out the PAM so we can force password rotations

 ### 34. Easy, Secure SSO with a Seamless Browser Extension

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Easy to use and secure. The SSO feature helps streamline access and ease of utilization. The browser extension is absolutely the way to go as it provides a seamless experience.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Sometimes the app "gets in the way" of logging into websites. The icon appears over password boxes and at times prohibits any saved browser passwords.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password security and storage. Our organization was in dire need of password storage - as everyone had saved them in whatever format worked for them at the time. We implemented the solution for our employees and Keeper does the job with flying colors.

 ### 35. Enterprise‑grade password manager that balances strong security with ease of use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like how Keeper Password Manager integrates very well with the browsers that we use within our organization. It's easy to use and implement. We utilized the deployment package from Keeper, which made things really hands-off for our IT department and was truly handled by Keeper.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Initially it lacked the ability to block end-users from storing passwords in their browser, has since been updated.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager addresses key security concerns, replacing insecure practices like browser-based managers and spreadsheets, enhancing our security posture. Its integration with browsers and ease of implementation make it practically hands-off for IT.

 ### 36. Secure, Reliable, and Cost-Effective Password Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I use Keeper Password Manager for my team of over 400 users across 4 marketing agencies. It provides us with a standard, secure, and reliable platform for storing credentials and sensitive information, which is really valuable. I like that it works well on every OS and the password masking feature is quite helpful. It allows us to share logins without risk, which means we don't have to change passwords when users leave. Keeper is more secure and even less expensive than our previous solution, LastPass, and the initial setup was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Na

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like how Keeper Password Manager has a built-in security audit to review yours and overal password strength of staff. The security and role management for different departments and password record management are particularly beneficial. It's easy to manage everything in one portal, and if a member of the IT team is away, they can still log in to the portal to manage staff access and elevate permissions. The initial setup was very easy, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend it as a nine out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There's not a lot

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager for managing staff passwords, reducing security breaches, and ensuring strong passwords. The all-in-one portal eases management and allows my IT team to oversee staff access and elevate permissions even if a team member is away.

 ### 38. Easy to use password manager for team collaboration and credentials sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper introduced Real Time thread monitoring, improwed browser extension features and privileged access management. With KeeperAI we are now more confident with automatically detecting real time attacks and unauthorized access as sessions have been monitored in real time with the application of thread classidication.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

More improvements in area of integration with other tools.. In addition, it wouldbhelp if there was an option for better control of password auto fill feature as it is sometimes anoying and even intrusive. We would prefer more manual control over this feature

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since this is a cloud based solution, it is much easier to get the access to shared credentials and manage passwords with our team members. In adition, the option of injecting the password by using web browser plugin was very valuable.

 ### 39. Easy Way to Use Strong, Varied Passwords Across Websites

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd C. | Director Network Services and Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

easy to utilize more complex and varied password across websites. Centralized management is simple and users can send themselves personal invite for home use

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

not always great at determining which field is for the id and password, ongoing prompts after I told it to not do anything

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

consistent password storage across any device/environment

 ### 40. Well secured Keeper with super functionality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John G. | Network Administrator, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The High level of security along with the easy of use make this a great product.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The browser plugin can be a bit buggy at times

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Credential store along with temporary and one time shares is very useful to us.
That with the multilayered security for logins make it a great product

 ### 41. Strong Security and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan S. | Technology and Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper’s security was one of the main reasons we chose them as our preferred vendor.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The Automator is a bit clunky to administer. Once it's running it does work well.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper helped me work through a few issues I ran into while setting up Automator, and they’ve been consistently responsive overall.

 ### 42. Strong Security, Slight Complexity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satya G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I like most about Keeper Password Manager is the combination of strong security controls, one-time sharing links, and ease of use. The platform makes it simple for users to adopt better practices without adding friction to their daily workflows. Features such as secure sharing, role-based access, and centralized administration work well together to improve security.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Some advanced administrative features and policy settings can feel complex, particularly for organizations with diverse user groups and access models. Reporting and auditing capabilities could be more intuitive and especially for teams that need quick visibility without exporting data. Pricing is also on the higher end compared to similar solutions, which can be a consideration as usage scales for larger organizations like us.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager to securely store, manage, and share credentials across the organization, reducing risks from password reuse and manual handling while giving administrators visibility and control over access management.

 ### 43. Strong Encryption and Breach Watch Make Keeper a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I appreciate the level of encryption, as well as the Breach Watch feature.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There isn’t much to dislike about Keeper overall. That said, the auto-approval of users could use some refinement, since it doesn’t always feel as controlled as I’d like. I’m also not a fan of Keeper Commander.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Keeper, our staff relied on generic password management methods—things like notes and browser-saved passwords. Keeper has addressed that problem and has also made our environment more secure overall. The integration with SSO and 2FA further strengthens security.

 ### 44. Best Password Manager I've Ever Used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Very intuitive to use, and even more so very customizable. Implementation and deployment was a breeze, and the few times I have had to reach out to support for assistance they've been great. The product has been easy to roll out and has made shared account usage much easier to secure and manage!

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The learning curve for brand new user can be a little steep and will require some training for some users.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making securing and sharing passwords between users and departments a breeze.

 ### 45. Excellent Browser Extension with Broad Platform Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillermo L. | Cybersecurity Analuyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The browser extension functionality and the supported platforms.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Some UI actions aren’t applicable for enterprise users, but the UI still shows them anyway.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mostly use it for passphrases and for sharing secrets with other team members, which gives us flexibility and enables fast onboarding.

 ### 46. Exceptionally Secure and (Mostly) User-Friendly Password Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey W. | Specialist, Professional Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It is *very* secure and it is actually surprisingly user friendly in terms of storing and organizing passwords and multiple logins under one site/account. I also do like that it is a stand alone desktop application AND can function pretty similarly as a browser plug-in/extension.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I find it frustrating to have to log-in repeatedly and how frequently that log-in will time out and require me to log back in. I don't believe that has to do with the application necessarily but more so how we use it as an organization.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has added another layer of organizational security to our processes and accounts. I would say that is the biggest benefit, though another helpful use is that there is also some organizational control in case of account lock outs/resets that allow for us to obtain assistance from our IT Manager and/or IT security vendor.

 ### 47. Intuitive Vault Management with Frictionless SSO

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** brianm@quorumfcu.org M. | Sr. IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Easy management, intuitive for users. Multiple options for users to interact with their vaults (Web, App and Browser Extension). Frictionless SSO. Free home account benefit.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The Browser Extension functionality (autofill, password reset assistance) can be a little wonky.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password management, hygiene and sharing.

 ### 48. Secure, Intuitive Enterprise Password Management with Native SCIM Provisioning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper is secure and convenient to use. Its cloud and zero trust based architecture allow for separation not just at an organization level but also at a user level. The user interface is intuitive and the ability to manage policy at the enterprise level ensures a consistent experience. Keeper operates without issue, performing smoothly, and is one of the only secure enterprise password managers with native SCIM provisioning.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper's pricing tends to be on the higher end of password manager solutions, and the licensing is charged based on provisioning, not engagement with the product.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager improves user password hygiene both personally and professionally with the free family license included with the corporate license.

 ### 49. Keeper has been a game changer / but pricing changes are unacceptabl

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

We still like the ease of use of keeper. I really like the two-factor authentication that has made a big difference for our department since we have a number of shared logins.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

We being forced to evaluate alternatives due to their constant price increases. When we purchased it we were assured that they would not exceed CPI however to get around this they did away with the tier of support we originally purchased and are starting to price themselves out of our business.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had an unsecure method for shared passwords. This is a much better solution. We also frequently had to reset passwords when employees left. With keeper we are able to hide passwords so that no one ever even sees them. Even if they were to see them we use keeper to auto generate complex unique passwords which would make if difficult for anyone to retain them.

**Official Response from Lauren Clark:**

> Hello- Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value your opinion and appreciate you taking the time to write a review.

We sincerely apologize for the recent challenges you've encountered with renewing your subscription. Our goal is to ensure that every customer feels valued, and we understand how important fair pricing is to your experience with us. Our pricing model has not changed and remains competitive to the market; however, our discounting policy has been updated to further align with industry standards.

Thank you for your continued trust in Keeper, and we look forward to improving your experience moving forward.

 ### 50. Secure and User-Friendly, But Autofill Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I appreciate that Keeper Password Manager is user-friendly for the most part, and I like the frequent updates it receives. The support is great, being both knowledgeable and very responsive. The initial setup was quite easy, and the deployment was straightforward. Building out the appropriate roles was also easy enough, and we were provided support along the way.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

With the fast updates there are occasional glitches, and the autofill could certainly use improvement. It doesn't work well enough, and some people turn it off because of the glitching. It often tries to fill the wrong record, or partial record. It's not a consistent experience across sites.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager helps us remain secure while maintaining complex and unique passwords.
