"The Professional Choice: Robust Vault Features with Nice Admin Oversight"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

It is easy to pick up and deploy company wide. The user interface is good enough, and it is easy to share the data with other employees a teams. There is a wide range of items you can save in the vault. Can save also payment cards information. The security is quite a high level. The mobile and desktop apps work well. Chrome extension is very helpful for saving and using passwords in the browser. Admins can see how strong user passwords are and ask users to update them – that helps to monitor the security level for the whole company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The user interface is a little outdated but works well. With the leaving employees, the transfer is a little tricky but manageable. The mobile app feels a little less functional compared to the desktop application, which is harder on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Password, Total Security Peace of Mind with KEEPER"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

It has made my life much easier and significantly more secure. I only need to remember one master password, while Keeper safely manages all my other credentials. The autofill feature is fast and reliable, and the overall experience is simple, efficient, and stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

There are no major downsides in terms of functionality or usability, but the pricing can feel a bit high compared to some alternatives. However, the level of security, features, and reliability it provides helps justify the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Convenient Password Management with Effortless Autofill"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

once you start using keeper its impossible to go back mainly for the ease and convenience using keeper gives you but also because your passwords become 20 digits long and so insanely random if you can remember even one of them you are on a different level!

Keeper has a few nice features, the integrations into web browsers makes filling in user names and passwords automatic as you open the page and if you do need to change your password you can just click through the walkthrough and it generates and saves your new password with no fuss.

Keeper is a fast password manager, from loading the page keeper has autofilled the details and logged you in, the amount of time it saves is great and if any issues arise the support is great and back you back up and running in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

A lot of the features we did have...like breach watch now require a different level of license which i suppose is what a lot of companies are doing but tech now you do get less for the license fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Team Password Sharing with Powerful Auto-Rotation"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Keeper offers a lot of flexibility. It has a solid system for sharing passwords with teams, and we really like the ability to auto-rotate passwords both on-premises and in the cloud. Entering credentials is straightforward, and it also lets us add custom fields as well as TOTP codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

While I appreciate the product’s flexibility, I did run into some friction during setup, mainly around the auto-rotation features. Also, capturing QR codes to set up TOTP requires the desktop app, which I find a bit clunky since it feels more like an embedded web page and still makes you log in through your browser for SSO. "Strong Encryption and Easy Sharing, but Auto-Fill Issues Persist"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

I appreciate the encryption and being able to share passwords easily with employees our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

One of the reasons I originally loved Keeper so much was the auto-fill tool; however, it hasn't worked in months and despite contacting customer service several times, no one can figure it out, which is quite frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use password manager for team collaboration and credentials sharing"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Keeper introduced Real Time thread monitoring, improwed browser extension features and privileged access management. With KeeperAI we are now more confident with automatically detecting real time attacks and unauthorized access as sessions have been monitored in real time with the application of thread classidication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

More improvements in area of integration with other tools.. In addition, it wouldbhelp if there was an option for better control of password auto fill feature as it is sometimes anoying and even intrusive. We would prefer more manual control over this feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Security, Slight Complexity"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

What I like most about Keeper Password Manager is the combination of strong security controls, one-time sharing links, and ease of use. The platform makes it simple for users to adopt better practices without adding friction to their daily workflows. Features such as secure sharing, role-based access, and centralized administration work well together to improve security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Some advanced administrative features and policy settings can feel complex, particularly for organizations with diverse user groups and access models. Reporting and auditing capabilities could be more intuitive and especially for teams that need quick visibility without exporting data. Pricing is also on the higher end compared to similar solutions, which can be a consideration as usage scales for larger organizations like us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptionally Secure and (Mostly) User-Friendly Password Management"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

It is *very* secure and it is actually surprisingly user friendly in terms of storing and organizing passwords and multiple logins under one site/account. I also do like that it is a stand alone desktop application AND can function pretty similarly as a browser plug-in/extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

I find it frustrating to have to log-in repeatedly and how frequently that log-in will time out and require me to log back in. I don't believe that has to do with the application necessarily but more so how we use it as an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeper has been a game changer / but pricing changes are unacceptabl"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

We still like the ease of use of keeper. I really like the two-factor authentication that has made a big difference for our department since we have a number of shared logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

We being forced to evaluate alternatives due to their constant price increases. When we purchased it we were assured that they would not exceed CPI however to get around this they did away with the tier of support we originally purchased and are starting to price themselves out of our business. "Effortless Password Management with Seamless Integration and Support"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

I like how easy it is to create passwords, add 2FA to passwords, share passwords with other and view password changes and revert to an older password if needed. I use this product every day. The deployment is really easy, I can have a client onboarded withing 30 minutes now and integrates well with Microsoft 365. The customer support has been really helpful when i've needed to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

I feel like the reporting could be a bit better, especially for identifying what websites are at risk for users. Apart from that i'm really happy with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
