**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

The way Unwrap groups feedback, creating new groups based on previous changes, and the constant updating of the tool, which offers the latest AI features, is excellent. In addition, the Assistant and Dashboards are my favorite features. As someone who constantly works with data, analyzes it, creates reports, and exports feedback, I find these tools extremely useful and accurate!
At our company, we need to create weekly reports, check metrics, and track new problem spikes and overall sentiment. The way Unwrap does this makes the job much easier, makes the process easier to understand, and, as I always say, gives us a complete overview of the problem and overall sentiment.
The way the tool pulls everything from the stores (Apple and Google), Intercom, social media, and also Discord makes it very comprehensive. We are satisfied with how Unwrap handles reposts, and the AI ​​in the Assistant performs very strongly; we have never had any issues with the platform. The annual price is very good, and we had an amazing one-month trial period. The team support via Slack is also noteworthy; There is always someone available to help or to schedule a call to discuss potential problems, questions, or suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

I think the only major obstacle is the detail. The number of groups can sometimes be redundant in an attempt to cover a wider scope. This isn't necessarily bad, but we might face difficulties understanding everything, or having the same entry in different groups at the same time, and the groups being very similar, which can cause information overload. But the good news is that this is very manageable; just organize it and Unwrap will learn from it.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we received all feedback manually, copying and pasting from all sources. Now we don't need to do that anymore. We have a tool capable of gathering everything in one place and generating reports, displaying them on dashboards, creating alerts in Spikke with integration to Slack channels, plus a skilled team to help and understand your needs. And it's a very powerful tool, always available, full of features to assist you. And, without a doubt, the Assistant, which received a recent update, is much better, with improvements in memory, sharing, and search.

Unwrap makes it incredibly easy to turn raw customer feedback into clear, actionable insights. The real-time alerts are a game changer. They help us catch issues early based on sentiment, not just volume. It also translates support data into a “common language” that Product, Ops, and leadership can quickly understand and act on.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

At first, Unwrap didn’t fully capture all the nuance in our members’ requests or how our data is structured. But with some initial tuning and iteration, we were able to significantly improve the accuracy, and it’s now very effective.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unwrap solves the challenge of turning large volumes of unstructured customer feedback into clear, actionable insights. Before, we relied on tagging systems and manual deep dives to understand what members were experiencing, which was time-consuming and hard to scale.

Now, we can quickly identify emerging issues, understand the “why” behind member sentiment, and translate that into a format that Product, Ops, and leadership can act on. This has helped us reduce time to detect and resolve issues, improve cross-functional alignment, and bring the voice of the customer directly into decision-making.

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

I was honestly surprised by how quickly we were up and running with Unwrap. Even though the trial period was a month, we were getting actionable insights within the first week, and the value has only grown from there.

What really stands out is the combination of speed, quality, and usability. The insights are genuinely useful, not just surface-level summaries, and the product is intuitive enough that our team adopted it quickly without much lift.

On top of that, the team behind Unwrap has been a great partner throughout - responsive, thoughtful, and clearly invested in making the product better.

At this point, Unwrap has become a core part of how we run Voice of the Customer at scale.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

There are still a few data sources we’d love to see supported that aren’t available yet. That said, the current integrations cover the majority of our needs, and the team has been receptive to feedback on expanding this over time.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unwrap helps us in three key areas:

1. Real-time visibility into trends and anomalies - it allows us to quickly spot shifts in support volume and customer feedback, so we can proactively flag issues and route insights to the right internal teams before they escalate.

2. Bi-weekly digests that actually get read - the summaries distill large volumes of data into clear, digestible insights. They’re easy to skim but also make it simple to go deeper when needed, which has made sharing insights across the org much more effective.

3. Faster, more accessible internal research - the Assistant feature has been a game-changer. Being able to ask questions directly against our data has reduced ad hoc requests and strengthened our partnership with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success by making insights more accessible and actionable.

Overall, it’s helped us move from reactive reporting to proactive, organization-wide visibility into the voice of the customer.

Overall, love the features that exist but more than that I love how quickly the company is innovating and launching new features frequently, plus the suite of integrations available with other platforms is stellar. It really does just keep getting better, and not to mention the team at Unwrap is incredible and is some of the most responsive and proactive across our vendor teams.

Truly nothing to dislike about Unwrap, I think there continues to be opportunities to mature the platform but it seems the team has a comprehensive roadmap and big plans.

Aggregating all of our different listening posts in one place, allowing us to see trends and be able to truly rally the company around them and take action via things like the new Jira connector and alerts that we can enable.

Everyone in the organization is a big fan, and they are all getting insights quickly. It's just a super easy product to use. The setup was really easy, and the team was super helpful with no technical lift needed on our end.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

I'd love to have a better Meta integration so we can get more information about what our customers are saying on Facebook for sites that we don't own. That would be a big win for us.

Unwrap makes it simple to integrate your company’s data—from chat transcripts to voice recordings—so you can understand what’s driving customer frustration. The Unwrap assistant also makes it easy to ask questions about that data and come away with clearer, more actionable insights.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

When working with multiple data integrations, it can be difficult to tie some of the metadata together. It would be really useful if the platform offered an easier way to connect and reconcile that metadata.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unwrap solves a problem we’ve had in our business: it was difficult to figure out what to tackle first and which issues were causing customers the most frustration, both from a purchasing and support standpoint. Unwrap helps clarify the data so we can be confident we’re focusing on the right projects.

The tool does take work and playing with. This is a stronger pulled out view of your contact data and trends - does not necessarily give you the micro taxonomy related data driven results unless you invest the time into it.

Tells us when things spike in a pretty profound way. We've solved bugs through this feature. The whole business uses the trends feature and finds value in it.

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

Unwrap is a powerful and user-friendly tool that allows businesses to analyze their customer comments in a meaningful way. I'd recommend this product to any company looking to get to the bottom of what's going on with a large data set of customer comments or similar data. On top of an excellent product, their staff is very approachable and willing to assist. They receive feedback on the product well and remain curious about how they can tailor it to your needs.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

Unwrap is a swiss-army knife of functions, but would love to see the development of some additional features, including being able to see what groups are prevalent within a certain group, more options to train the AI to zero in on certain comments (for example customers with unresolved issues vs. customers who state resolution was difficult), and better search functionality (including basic search options in addition to AI search). I also spend a good amount of time manually reviewing comments within groups and would love some opportunities to further train the AI to save time and energy.

In short, Unwrap allows us to find those customers who are "raising their hand" and expressing an unresolved need. This is ensuring an end-to-end focus on customer resolution, and an opportunity proactively address customer needs before they further escalate.

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

Summaries and groupings are surprisingly well done. More importantly the ability to adjust the groups and monitor for any trend changes is excellent. 

The integrated AI Chatbot allows us to use our member interactions data in a completely different way when answering product or engineering team questions. Being able to ask human questions, dig deeper, and then get not only quantitative data but actual case examples is huge. 

This has sped up our investigations and helped us focus time and effort on resolutions instead. Their team is very responsive and consistently looking to add additional value for us. 

Unwrap has quickly become a necessary tool in our toolkit and a part of our primary processes as a team, and even more broadly as a company.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

Unwrap is still a fairly new company/product and needs more flushing out of use cases. For instance there is a jira integration but it is clunky and it could use more tighter integration with existing support and eng tools.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Consolidation of all customer interactions into one place for analysis
2. Qualitative analysis that would otherwise have to be done manually
3. Monitoring of trends, especially around new feature or product launches
4. Sharing access to customer interactions with other key teams without adding them to our member experience platforms

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

I like that Unwrap is continuously improving their modeling, that they are listening to customers to drive new features, and that the people at Unwrap are always willing to dive into a challenge and help me get what I need. 

The key benefit of Unwrap is continuously ingesting our customers' feedback, enabling us to see what they're truly talking about- we've found that some of our assumptions are off the mark because of Unwrap uncovering the issues in a novel way.

Unwrap is an easy way to see everything in one spot, or to deep dive into just support or just a specific data source.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

It would be great to put some of the modeling into the user hands- users are good enough at prompting now that it would be a game changer to allow power users and admins to get in and target modeling for topics without having to contact support.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unwrap is uncovering the real issues within our customer experiences. We thought we knew that one issue was driving dissatisfaction, but through diving into unwrap we are able to see that there are corollary issues that customers perdeive as one thing and we perceive as another. This is enabling us to focus efforts on what will drive better experiences for our entire customer base.

Unwrap takes the guessing game out of understanding customer feedback and the areas of critical need. It allows us to use data to make decisions about our roadmap and where we can have the most customer impact. It also helps us track how the work we are doing is positively or negatively impacting our customers in order to best support them.

We were able to seamlessly integrate with all of our core systems and tools to bring the data and information into one place.

Finally, the Unwrap team is amazing! They have been with us every step of the way and are willing to jump in to support quickly. They are also quickly innovating on the product to incorporate our feedback quickly.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

There is not much I dislike about Unwrap, but they are a newer and growing product, so there are definitely areas of enhancements and improvements available, but the team is always quick to respond and work to incorporate that feedback in new functionality, features, and enhancements.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unwrap provides us with a clear way to make data-driven decisions when it comes to our product roadmap, bug prioritization, and general understanding of the product. Previously, we relied on more qualitative feedback from our customer-facing teams, which is valuable, but can be skewed toward the needs of only a few customers as opposed to our entire customer base. It is also helping us understand areas of opportunity for trainings and documentation. By being able to see all the different feedback in one place, we can quickly understand the areas of our product where enhancements or opportunities will have the biggest impact to our customers, ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention.

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

We have stuggled as business to find the correct tool to being together reviews and customer feedback from multiple platforms while also simplifying the input process for our customer facing teams. Using Unwrap's AI platform has allowed us to gather the feedback easily and anyalyze free form input (email text, voice, etc)  without the need to build  cumbersome forms that have typically slowed down and de-personalized the interaction our customers have with our support teams.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

While Unwrap does a good job grouping similar feedback threads on its own, it can struggle to correctly group feedback that is searched for by an end user using a custom search. This can be come a problem when trying to understand the frequency of feedback around a specific product attribute. When creating custom searches, constant manual interaction with the tool is required to maintain data integrity. Visualization tools are under-developed as well meaning data collected through Unwrap is better viewed through a true visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBi.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My role has me review product defect complaints. We've struggled to get our customer facing teams commit to using forms to help us analyze defect trends prior to using Unwrap. With Unwrap, we've been able to redcue the amount of questions required in a form and allow AI to review the ticket in its interity to identify the defect. Whereas before, we were performing a lot of manual searched to understand the occurance rate of defects, we can now use data collected in Unwrap to estimate occurnace rate. This reduces our investigation phase of defect analysis by about 80%.

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

I am the BI Manger for the Member Experience team at Oura. The UI experience for Unwrap is unparalleled. Even someone with no prior experience can master the platform within half an hour. This intuitive design has led to higher adoption rates in our organization compared to previous tools, with a much higher frequency of visits per user. Their excellent customer service and commitment to continuous improvement are evident. When we request changes or suggest improvements, their team is always eager to respond. The tools are highly customizable, and the AI model training is among the most intuitive, allowing companies to address specific nuances relevant to their needs. In addition, the tool took about 2 weeks to integrate, which was fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

Unwrap has been focusing on developing their suite of visualization tools, which is currently the least developed aspect of their technology. However, the AI model meets our primary need by accurately detecting and alerting our team to trends and historical issues while offering high customization and transparency. Although charts are not yet a strong point, I am excited about the planned improvements. The AI model remains the key feature that saves me time.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team was previously reading thousands of tickets in our early days to try to understand and capture themes and customer feedback. Unwrap is able to take a wide number of data source integrations from different platforms and neatly consolidate that all in one place. Unwrap removes the bottleneck of surfacing customer insights quickly to the teams that need it and democratize access to our customer feedback data beyond our member experience team.

Ability to aggregate various customer feedback sources and provide intelligence layer on top to identify key trends and patterns that the product teams can take action on based on popularity and volume of feedback

Enterprise grade features such as single sign on, add groups of users based on company org, send digest emails to differeng departments, etc.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, Procore did not have any way to ingest tens of thousands of support tickets we receive in an aggregated manner that prioritizes actional insights that product teams can analyze. We previously had volumes of tickets assigned to various product areas, but we did not have any visibility in specific issues. Unwrap solved that problem for us by leveraging LLM to summarize support chats, sales calls, and win/loss reports, voice of customer feedback in a single source of truth so that product team can take action holistically that matters most.

The Unwrap.ai platform is incredibly intuitive and flexible--not to mention the Unwap.ai team is so helpful and hands-on, giving us creative and efficient consultation along our entire journey with them! Unwrap.ai has helped my business sort through hundreds of thousands of customer survey comments (and more) to give help to customers who need it, strengthen our workforce through coaching, and inform a targeted business strategy. With so many strengths they excel in compared to the rest of the software industry, it's hard to pick one best thing!

I wish I could use Unwrap.ai for even more! For example, I would love to see them scale their AI product to assist with quality auditing (custom questions, scoring, etc.) in particular. Would love to use them as our single AI platform for even more facets of our business.

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

Unwrap significantly cuts down on time to get meaningful customer insights. Previously, my team struggled with prioritizing bugs because we couldn't figure out how many people it affected. The support team could share anecdotes, but that wouldn't scale. Because we already had support channels with customers, we leveraged them with Unwrap's technology to surface trends and categorize feedback to pinpoint persistent issues and prioritize valuable eng time against them. In summary, this is what I enjoy best about Unwrap and its team:

1. The monthly reports that synthesize trends are an excellent summary that you can share with executives and look like a rock star.
2. The team responds well to feedback and suggestions. Because they're small and agile, they're likely to implement your idea if promising.

1. Surfaces the most critical feedback to prioritize by categorizing comments into clusters and themes.
2. Shows how feedback trends over time, which helps when you release changes and monitor customer complaints against volume and sentiment.
3. Aggregates feedback from multiple channels and provides links to the feedback source, giving you the power to dive into a specific complaint or conversation.

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

The cluster tool is awesome (in theory), I used to do it manually, and this was an easy sell internally. showing trends over time also is great, because we can track work we have done, and what people are saying about it.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

The accuracy of the ai groupings is medium. For example, the highest cluster might be "Pros want better mobile app" but that may be because the PM in charge of the mobile app has done a lot of manual searching to add/remove sentences. Doesn't really give us an idea of which requests rise to the top, just which PMs use the software. (to an extent). Also, the process of adding/removing sentences from a cluster seems clunky. the left to right dragging isn't intuitive, especially the list of "unclustered" items. Also, I would gain confidence if I could make some edits to a cluster (add/remove sentences) then click "run .ai " and then the ai would "learn" after all of my cleaning up of the cluster.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is aggregating quantitative feedback from all of our data sources through the integrations (customer chat, facebook, slack channels, NPS, etc). This saves us time. Also the aggregation helps us answer "what do our customers want for us to build next?"  or "what are our customers complaining about?"

**What do you like best about Unwrap.ai?**

I find the most helpful feature is the analysis tab. It allows for segmented themed feedback. Also the each customer comment is link to the original comment which saves me time on identifying the source a customer is experiencing issues.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

I'm not finding the cluster tab to be helpful, I would have to spend time in order to create clusters and that takes away time from other work priorities and responding to customers.

The benefit of using the unwrap.ai tool allows meet to respond to customer issues in one place and cuts down the time needed to search across feedback platforms

I'm not sure I'd go as far as to say that I dislike it, but the product still shows its youth in regard to overall web design. While the ideations behind features are easy to understand, they are not as easy to visually digest at first glance.

**What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Unwrap, our sole source of data regarding the prevalence of customer issues was our customer support team, and personal accounts of prevalence are best confirmed using hard data. Unwrap has allowed us to do that.

We receive thousands of pieces of customer input every week, which are nearly impossible to manually wrangle. Unwrapped does a good job in generating high level themes across these inputs that are great to use as a jumping-off point for deeper research.

While it's great at creating high-level themes, its tougher to drill down into more granular feedback or to find deeper, specific themes.

Unwrap makes it extremely easy to analyze user feedback in a structured and data-driven way. 

Rather than sifting through thousands of user reviews, their dashboards make it easy to find themes/patterns that you can take action on. While it's easy to set up and gain valuable insights "out of the box," it's also flexible enough to customize depending on your needs.

Once you implement changes to your site/product/etc, you can also track how they impact the user experience with regular reports.

**What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?**

Nothing so far, the tool has been great.

Their technology is really impressive at automatically categorizing my feedback, and at identifying issues I have never seen before. The task of manually going through all my feedback takes 3-4 hours/week, but with Unwrap takes less than 15 min, and the insights are higher quality.

Shareable links from their insights would be great so I could share their pages easily with my colleagues.

For me, Unwrap makes it wayyy faster to go through and understand my user feedback. Going through Reddit, my support tickets, and reviews could easily take hours / week, and Unwrap produces insights in less than 15 min.
