What do you like best about TrueDialog?

What I like most about TrueDialog is how easy it makes it to send out large text campaigns while still keeping things feeling personal. Features like contact segmentation and using fields like first names help us target the right people without it feeling like a generic message.

It’s also really helped speed up our workflow. We can get campaigns out quickly, which is huge in recruiting when timing matters. I also like that all responses come back into one place-it makes it much easier to manage conversations and follow up without things getting lost.

Another big plus is how reliable it is. Messages go out quickly, and we’ve seen strong response rates compared to other outreach methods. It’s been especially helpful for driving candidates to our career site and getting more engagement overall.

What do you dislike about TrueDialog?

What do you like best about TrueDialog?

I use trueDialog as a texting app to communicate in real time with my students. I like that I can access it on my phone and on my computer, which is very convenient for online learning and professors. It allows me to protect my personal space by creating a professional one for texting. trueDialog is a great tool for what we use it for, as it lets employees and staff use it on their personal devices, maintaining a good work/life balance and protecting our personal and business spaces. What do you dislike about TrueDialog?

I appreciate trueDialog's integration with HubSpot, which allows me to see all chat in one tab. It's really helpful when our salespeople call prospects because they can see the SMS thread. What do you dislike about TrueDialog?

What do you like best about TrueDialog?

I really appreciate being able to connect with students through text messages. They often ignore or don't reply to voicemails and emails, but texting usually gets a quick response. I use TrueDialog nearly every day, and it has greatly decreased the number of emails and phone calls I have to make each week. There isn’t much I dislike about TrueDialog! The only issue I’ve encountered is that I sometimes don’t notice when I’ve received a response until I return to the program. I have encountered several problems when uploading populations and making sure that every individual in my group receives a text. While the error report is helpful, I still face the issue of some numbers not appearing in the error report but also not receiving any texts.
