"TrueDialog Streamlines Student Communication, Needs Better Reply Notifications"
What do you like best about TrueDialog?

I really appreciate being able to connect with students through text messages. They often ignore or don't reply to voicemails and emails, but texting usually gets a quick response. I use TrueDialog nearly every day, and it has greatly decreased the number of emails and phone calls I have to make each week. Another feature I enjoy is that each student has their own conversation thread, which makes it easy for me to quickly review our previous discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueDialog?

There isn’t much I dislike about TrueDialog! The only issue I’ve encountered is that I sometimes don’t notice when I’ve received a response until I return to the program. What do you like best about TrueDialog?

What do you dislike about TrueDialog?

I have encountered several problems when uploading populations and making sure that every individual in my group receives a text. While the error report is helpful, I still face the issue of some numbers not appearing in the error report but also not receiving any texts. What do you like best about TrueDialog?

I like the simple layout of trueDialog and having all my conversations available, which helps me stay organized. Being able to input contact info immediately is really handy. It allows for quick communication, limiting how many calls I need to make each day, which is really nice. I deal with a high volume of potential students daily, so being able to go back to these texts when needed is crucial. What do you dislike about TrueDialog?

What stands out is its ease of use; setting it up was straightforward, and navigating through its features is effortless. The contact hub feature is particularly invaluable, as it allows me to quickly locate students by entering their student ID, facilitating seamless connection. Its convenience plays a critical role in my decision to continue using it, and I find it so beneficial that I would rate my likelihood of recommending it to others a solid ten out of ten.
