Albeit, we did have a team member form sparkroom assisting us with tickets. **What do you dislike about Sparkroom?** The platform itself is very PPL/lead gen based and is not built for the intricacies of other channels like social. **What problems is Sparkroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** grabbing all Meta/tiktok metadata to populate attribution and campaigns and such ### 2. If and when we have any issues or questions, they are always answered within hours, with 100% satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Sparkroom?** Software can be a little hard to navigate. It needs to be built for better user experience, but with time I'm sure the interface will allow new users to learn it faster. **Recommendations to others considering Sparkroom:** The system is very detailed and houses a lot of data, so you have to learn how to customize reports. Once you're in the system though, it gets easier to use.
