"Promising Platform, But UX Needs Refinement"

What do you like best about TrueDialog?

I like the simplicity of the platform and appreciate the immediate support provided when we submit an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueDialog?

Because it still seems the platform is in its early stages, there are some nuanced UX that could benefit from improvement such as not being able to duplicate a certain property value when creating a contact list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to integrate texting into our funnel for lead gen so this has helped us with being able to grab the attention of leads at certain touch points. We also were able to do drop campaigns that helped us promote certain activities and bolster our brand awareness to ensure we are top of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
