**What do you like best about trueAct?**

Last month we got the training to learn this software which is so easy to understand. Earlier we have to switch between differnet screens but trueAct's interface is so well-implemented that navigating becomes so much time saving. Talking about features, It automatically identifies customer profiles based on their history. 
Working with this tool since last one month, Our team now finishes the same tasks in half day which earlier requires more than one working day. While technical support is so good, kind and helping.

**What do you dislike about trueAct?**

There is no free version and the pricing is not budget friendly for an small organization. You can not monitor it anytime as the mobile app is not available yet. Also no features to communicate with other colleagues, as it has no inbuilt chat feature. Few improvements are required e.g.- integration with other tools for eg. - Email and chat platforms.

**What problems is trueAct solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in a organization where we work with this software. For interacting with the users more effectively and keep a track on their activities, trueAct is required. Providing the support solution becomes time saving with trueAct.

**What do you like best about trueAct?**

We've been using the product for three months and are quite pleased with it. Because of the well-organized screen, we can now spot problems three days faster. For the agents, it's simple to implement, train, and manage. The vendor's support is excellent, and you will always receive a prompt and kind response.

**What do you dislike about trueAct?**

It does not have the live-chat option and it is also not integrated with Zendesk. The free version of the trueAct is not available. TrueAct not support iPhone. It is not updated yet.

**What problems is trueAct solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The single point of information that provides customer needs centrally, clearly, with clear responsibilities and various knowledge support tools. So that customers always have the same customer experience.
