Good solution for efficient work flow

Last month we got the training to learn this software which is so easy to understand. Earlier we have to switch between differnet screens but trueAct's interface is so well-implemented that navigating becomes so much time saving. Talking about features, It automatically identifies customer profiles based on their history. Working with this tool since last one month, Our team now finishes the same tasks in half day which earlier requires more than one working day. While technical support is so good, kind and helping.

Easy and Clearly

We've been using the product for three months and are quite pleased with it. Because of the well-organized screen, we can now spot problems three days faster. For the agents, it's simple to implement, train, and manage. The vendor's support is excellent, and you will always receive a prompt and kind response.
