**What do you like best about Tixera?**

The support team is quick and responsive, often providing replies and fixes within minutes. The seamless integration of online sales and reporting is also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Tixera?**

There’s nothing to dislike. It did take quite a bit of setup at the start to get it fitting our business perfectly, but the team were incredible at understanding our unique requirements and creating custom reports and pricing structures to suit our theme park. Nothing was too much trouble, and their patience in the beginning really paid dividends once everything was set up.

**What problems is Tixera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings everything together in one solution for us: customer tracking, digital sales, data delivery, and payment solutions for each attraction. It really does cover everything we need. No other system offers the wristband and credits solution, online booking, and a full reporting suite all in one place. It was a no-brainer for us.

The Software is very refined to address each and every issue of the operations for our waterpark

Nothing major, actually.

We will let them know at a late point of something we would like them to improve

The knowledge of the team is immense how they guide us in issues like taxation or handling the crowd is very good

**What do you like best about Tixera?**

I like Tixera for its traceability of the card to its owner, authentications, and transparency. It manages high-volume sales with ease of transaction and ensures data accuracy from POS and readers, even with large numbers of customers daily. The system allows guests to trust and deposit their money, making traceability crucial for guest trust that we can't tamper with their money. The initial setup was very simple and straightforward, and I appreciate the helpful support team that provides custom reports. My personal interaction with the sales and service team has been positive, and I would definitely recommend Tixera, giving it a score of 10.

**What do you dislike about Tixera?**

The data and the way the reader understands what the POS has done can be a bit problematic. For example, if a product is sold at a discount, the reader still understands it as full value in the report. Also, there's a bonus vs the credit count mismatch. However, the support team has been very helpful with custom reports to overcome these shortcomings.

**What problems is Tixera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixera's cashless, card-based system makes high-volume transactions effortless, ensures data accuracy, and retrieves lost cards or balances. It provides card traceability, giving our guests confidence in depositing money. The support team is helpful with custom reports to address data mismatches.

**What do you like best about Tixera?**

The integration of involved hardware like the QR readers and the related software is commendable. The entry process for huge numbers of park guest can be handled  easily and effortlessly by the system.

**What do you dislike about Tixera?**

Support teams are sometimes unaware about the custimizations on a specific client's system during a pre planned support session. This, at times leads to some confusion.

**What problems is Tixera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixera is handling our guest entry system into the amusement park by making the process digital. The automation that the system provides is a huge help in making our overall system a lot more effecient in comparison to the earlier non digital wrist band access system.
