What do you like best about Tixera?

I like Tixera for its traceability of the card to its owner, authentications, and transparency. It manages high-volume sales with ease of transaction and ensures data accuracy from POS and readers, even with large numbers of customers daily. The system allows guests to trust and deposit their money, making traceability crucial for guest trust that we can't tamper with their money. The initial setup was very simple and straightforward, and I appreciate the helpful support team that provides custom reports. My personal interaction with the sales and service team has been positive, and I would definitely recommend Tixera, giving it a score of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tixera?

The data and the way the reader understands what the POS has done can be a bit problematic. For example, if a product is sold at a discount, the reader still understands it as full value in the report. Also, there's a bonus vs the credit count mismatch.
