What do you like best about Salsa CRM?

What do you dislike about Salsa CRM?

As the amount of data increases, I’ve noticed that the system tends to slow down and become laggy, particularly when handling a large number of records, transactions, or users, and especially during the execution of complex reports. Additionally, some features occasionally behave unpredictably or have glitches. While these problems do not happen all the time, they are quite frustrating when they do occur. What do you like best about Salsa CRM?

Dashboard reports are easy to read and are itneractive. Pretty easy to use overall. Has ability to keep households separate or combined. Once you assign a husband and wife as "co-donors" it automatically ties their giving together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salsa CRM?

Soft credits are difficult to collect reports on. You can see the name of the 3rd party that sent the check, but not view all the individual people who you soft credited on the reports. The results in a lot of missed cultivation of specific donors. You can go into each donor and see what they were soft credited, but that is a ton of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
