What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I really like Time Doctor for its robust tracking features that give me a clear picture of our team’s productivity. It helps me keep tabs on total hours worked, as well as what’s considered productive versus unproductive time, and even idle time. While I don’t usually pay too much attention to small mismatches—after all, everyone is human—it’s been invaluable for spotting significant discrepancies that I would have never discovered otherwise. What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

So far, everything has been fantastic. The chat support has been incredibly helpful. We encountered a few issues with certain features and billing, but Roxy, the Customer Support Head, assisted us in resolving them. What do you like best about Time Doctor?

It makes doing my payment run each month so much easier as I know the exact hours worked by my team. It's also very helpful for picking up any issues from my team - the activity reports and screenshots every 15 mins show me when a team member isn't working as they should so that I can quickly address any issues with them. What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I wanted to share positive feedback regarding Time Doctor. Its tool for identifying productive hours and reporting on web activity has been valuable in monitoring our team's efficiency.

Additionally, I have found both the standard reporting tool and the support team to be very helpful in generating the data necessary to track team productivity. We use it every week to review the report from the tool.

It is an easy tool to configure, it feels like a one or two-hour job for managers to set up the tool and it is quite easy to install on Windows and Mac too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started with Time Doctor 1, and when we switched to Time Doctor 2, the transition was effortless. Their customer service was patient and knowledgeable, guiding me from scratch when I moved from a sub-account to a primary one for tracking my VA team.

The ease of implementation and integration was a huge plus—straightforward, no unnecessary steps, just plug and play. What keeps us using it every day? Accurate time tracking and the payroll feature, which makes paying my team simple and precise. No shenanigans, just a reliable tool that works. Highly recommend! What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

Like any app, it has its hiccups. Sometimes, the activity bar pauses while tracking runs in the background, or it turns on automatically even when I’m not working. Not a deal-breaker, but a bit frustrating.
