I love the ease of use, the security of the platform being HIPAA compliant and I love the ability to collaborate instantly. The facility I work in has been using TigerConnect for several years now and it has become an essential part of what we do to the point that for all clinical staff, it is a start of the orientation and onboarding. It works across platforms seamlessly as well including Windows Desktop, Android devices, iOS devices and more. I have not once helped someone set up the program and the device not been compatible and the functionality wasn't as expected.
