We are new to TigerConnect and are still building our templates. So far, the team has been responsive and very helpful. They were able to show us other residency programs so that we could get ideas of different ways to format it and balance the work to create schedules vs. end-user experience. As a residency program, we have a complicated schedule with multiple different clinical sites and resident and faculty schedules that vary day -to-day which makes the build and view a little built more difficult.
