We’re trusted by hundreds of businesses of all shapes and sizes, from high-growth startups and small businesses to nationwide enterprises. We work with all payroll providers and insurance plans. We help employers: \* Save Money: Over the last 5 years, group health plan costs have increased 22% while Thatch's individual plans have decreased by -5%. By using Thatch you can save an average of $1,620 per year, per employee, while offering similar benefits. \* Save Time: Avoid dedicated benefits management, and reduce your Exec and HR teams' weekly commitment significantly. Companies using Thatch save an average of 83 hours per year administering benefits. \* Switch Easily: We can help you switch to Thatch any time of the year, not just during open enrollment.
