I have been using TenantCloud for 3 years and have been VERY pleased with it! We own a 21 unit Senior Living Apartment Facility. I am able to track both current and past leases, rent paid and unpaid, make notes in each tenants file including emergency contact, birthday, phone numbers etc that are at my fingertips when needed. There are so many features available that I don't use such as emailing directly to tenants, auto pay, etc due to the age of our tenants and them not using technology but this is the beauty of this program. You can use as few or as many features as you wish. The cost is reasonable and their service is top notch. I have tried others and searched for programs that were comprehensive but easy to use and this is the only one I've found that works for everything I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no dislikes other than it would be handy to be able to print monthly billing statements as a group instead of one at a time but there may be a way to do it that I've not figured out. I would also like to be able to add a company name and logo to the top of each billing statement and adjust the font size, again for the age of my residents. The print on the billings are small. I made up sheets with my Company name and Logo and I just use them in my printer to print the billing statements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
