The over all product is getting more expensive & not much has improved. Using AI chat to help vs actual employee help can be difficult and looses that customer service experience **What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great place to organize information, collect rent and prep for yr end taxes ### 2. I would like tenant cloud to setup text messages for service calls and not email only **What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven’t had the resolve anything for me ### 3. This may discourage online and ontime payment of rent. **What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** TenantCloud aggregates all the tools that a Landlord may need in one package (rent screening, accounting, rent collection, etc..). This makes it super easy to manage rentals without needing multiple tools. ### 4. Generally, the interface is intuitive **What do you dislike about TenantCloud?** There is a lot of nickel and diming on the payment side which prevents you from deploying without risk. The workflows are disjointed and hard to follow. **What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves my asset tracking issue, but it is not complete enough to transition away from our existing system. **Official Response from Julia Nagirniak:** > Thank you for your feedback. Fairly easy to use, if you can update your Facebook you can most likely use it. **What do you dislike about TenantCloud?** Customer support is not so friendly. Lack of templates for forms and contracts. **Recommendations to others considering TenantCloud:** Use the trial and sleep on it... for a long time. Try other robust software **What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to screen tenants quickly and effectively.
