How did I learn about it and contact them or how did I like it?
AS for the latter, we use it constantly at work for our entire organization and its been a life saver for remote workers.

I find it simple to use. We use it in a 9-12 school for remote laptop support. The interface is simple the overhead is low wich helps because we have many rural users.
