Teambook offers a short term operational planning horizon (with a day to several months views) and as well a 24-months rolling capacity planning feature, enabling fast moving companies to carefully align their staffing needs with mid-term commercial opportunities. Last, Teambook enables all users to enter, track and export their time logged, so to ensure hourly billed services are properly transferred to invoicing systems. ## Teambook Reviews ### 1. Smooth integration with my calendar and email notifications were basically all I needed. **What do you dislike about Teambook?** Not sure what to mention here... I never used any other "project / employee scheduling" software to compare and from my simple "employee" point of view, the tool simply did what it was used for. It was a bit slow sometimes but a big software update solved the problem. **What problems is Teambook solving and how is that benefiting you?** I got to know Teambook in the past as a "simple" user (it was the tool used by the company I worked for to plan all the employees / projects schedules) : it was simple and useful to go forward with our projects, eliminating most of the stress some projects can include when things are not well anticipated. ### 2. But as I mentioned, their support team are helpful and is always ready to assist. **What problems is Teambook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing teams' capacity, proper planning and utilization tracking. With Teambook, we finally were able to take necessary actions (like hiring new people, adding more resources to the project) beforehand rather than post facto. ### 3. It provided me good clarity working in the project.i can track my work that how much I finished and how much it is remaining in assigned task.it helped me to evaluate my work and finish it within time.i was planning my all work through it and also it used to remind me on time. **What do you dislike about Teambook?** It was little slow when I need to make mass modification in my planning or when I have to delete bulk data. **Recommendations to others considering Teambook:** I would recommend to all those are handling multiple project at a time.
