**What do you like best about Teal HR?**

A great motivational and loyalty platform with the ability to customize rewards based on employee needs and interests. For example, we have gift cards and technology. In addition to tangible rewards, there is the option to add something intangible, such as a day off in the middle of the week.

The platform also allows you to conduct surveys among your employees. This is very convenient! The survey creation tool is easy to use, but it has everything to analyze the final results, analytics, etc. My team loves that we have automated this process and now all the information is in one place.

One of the interesting features for us was the psychometrics. With this technique you can find out the hidden motivation of your employees. It is enough to use a comprehensive questionnaire.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent level of communication: from the very beginning of the platform story, during the implementation and after. The Teal HR team is on call and ready to answer any questions and provide support.

We use Teal HR on a regular basis and will continue to do so.

**What do you dislike about Teal HR?**

I like everything. I can't point out any negative aspects. This platform covers the needs of the HR team and the needs of the employees.

**What problems is Teal HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teal HR helped us solve a problem by automating processes such as employee surveys and 1-1 meetings. In addition, we have been able to increase employee motivation. Previously, less than 50% of employees were involved in the life of the company, now we have more than 70% of engaged employees who actively participate in the life of the company and support others. This is an excellent result.
