Features include agenda management, action-item tracking, board and internal meetings management, post-meeting tools and more. TAMPLO allows project managers in organizations to create and assign tasks to their team members, share information and comments and monitor the progress of different action items. It also helps managers create meeting agendas, select participants and publish automatic meeting minutes. Managers can prioritize particular tasks, create day plans and change notification settings. The solution also enables them to access specific task-related information by providing them with a central dashboard. Additionally, the solution features multilingual support and integrates with various third-party calendars such as Google Calendar, iCal and Outlook. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email.

What do you like best about TAMPLO?

What do you like best about TAMPLO?

I plan my activities with great skill, it allows me to measure all the work I have done during the last week and to compare it with my colleagues, it allows me to see through a matrix, calendar or by lists every detail like: the number of projects that are open , how many projects I have in progress and how many projects were completed. What do you like best about TAMPLO?

I keep track of all the activities of my team with graphs statistics that shows how much the production of all tasks and projects increases or decreases per day / week / month / year, it notifies me by email when the day of the week I have a meeting or if I have a new message from my clients. In addition, it has a powerful file storage system that allows secure archiving of documents through the cloud, soon Tamplo will be able to integrate Gmail and Outlook platforms so that users and administrators synchronize more cash and allow us to win time and effort Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently there are no integration

It does not have applications for mobile

You have to pay the business plan to get meeting options
