What do you like best about SyncApps?

John not only followed up with me at multiple points during our troubleshooting, but he also paid attention to when I said I would quality control a sync and sent another email asking how it went.

What do you dislike about SyncApps?

Wasn't the biggest fan of how to set up profiles when doing the initial configuration. NOTHING was wrong with the support I received from John! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SyncApps?

The process of integrating mailchimp with netsuite was quick and easy. Very user friendly and easy to troubleshoot. Once set up it runs itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SyncApps?

Sometime the syncs fail and will have to resync. Doesn't happen often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SyncApps:

If you are trying to integrate Netsuite with Mailchimp, this is all you need. It does everything you need and the support staff is awesome. Go for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our email campaign have a decreased bounce rate and increased clicked and open rate thanks to the integration and being able to use Mailchimp with Netsuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I would have had more time with the free trial for mapping leads. This was a feature I was very interested in, but did not have time to try out to see if it works the way I wanted it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SyncApps?

I tried several other software to sync my Salesforce contacts to MailChimp. SyncApps was the only program that allowed me to do exactly what I needed. It updates fields, and add/removes contacts from MailChimp lists if they fit or no longer fit the list's criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SyncApps?

Sometimes the program acts a little funky, however, the support team is responsive and does a great job of guiding you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
