"Glitchy but it gets the job done"

What do you like best?

The program is effective and I appreciate the walk through of each page telling you how to link each marketing campaign.

What do you dislike?

Having to link individual campaign, even from the same CRM base is kind of annoying. I feel like there should be some autofills -- like which CRM you're logging into -- since those are going to be constants for each user. Remembering which drop down is what every single time is time consuming. And if you miss one, you have to start all over.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you have a screengrab or a write up of which drop downs apply to your company so that other users are aware of the necessary contigencies for each marketing list. Without that information, it's nearly impossible to use and SyncApps doesn't do a good job of explaining it.

"Sync Apps has helped us communicate between platforms but it is a bit of a process "

What do you like best?

That it allows salesforce and mail chimp to communicate

What do you dislike?

That it is an extra step in the process and a bit time consuming

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to link our accounts on two different platforms. It works with many other platforms besides just mail chimp and salesforce

"Works ok but not intuitive"

What do you like best?

Allows syncing of Salesforce and Mailchimp

What do you dislike?

Documentation is poorly organized and difficult to understand, leading to confusion about what the many different options actually do. Does not have a workable solution for tracking MailChimp clicks and opens in Salesforce, as it creates duplicate SF campaigns.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

SyncApps allows us to sync contacts between MailChimp and Salesforce and be confident that donor communication preferences ar accurate.

Hi Marina,

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback and we truly apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

When our subscribers get confused about an option they encounter when setting up a Sync Profile, they can hover the mouse on the "i" icon beside it or tap it on mobile and our SyncNotes will slide from the right side of the browser to give more details and instructions about an option.

When Syncing Salesforce Campaigns from MailChimp (or other email providers), it is best practice to create a duplicate Salesforce Campaign because we Sync a Campaign to a list within an email provider and from that list you can send many Campaigns so it is not feasible to Sync back Campaign data to one Salesforce Campaign.

That is why we create a Salesforce Campaign for each Email Campaign to differentiate between "Salesforce Campaign as List" and "Salesforce Campaign to store metrics from the email provider".

"Great product- does it work"

What do you like best?

I need the frequent updates to my many segments for emails. Setting it up and forgetting is good.

What do you dislike?

I don't know if it's working! I'd appreciate emails telling me how many new emails have been updated and into which lists the have been updated. I would be extremely impressed with this product and recommend highly if I had that.

Thanks for subscribing Annie and for the feedback on daily reports emails around the statistics for synced records.

In Settings of every SyncApps account, we provide sync alerts for errors on a daily basis or as granular as per record error in real time. To build upon this feature we will be also adding a Sync Details Reports digest email to meet requirements such as yours for more granular daily email reports.

While our product folks are busy rolling this enhancement out feel free to visit the Sync Details Page of any Sync Profile to get individual reports with these exact same statistics on an individual basis.

"NetSuite and ZenDesk"

What do you like best?

It provides some sync functionality between ZenDesk and NetSuite.

What do you dislike?

There is a lot of additional details we would like to sync, but it is not possible to do.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sync data between ZenDesk and NetSuite.

"Not the best customer service "

What do you like best?

Intuitive mapping for the integration. I can troubleshoot on my own

What do you dislike?

Customer service was not helpful when the product was not working for over a month. They wouldn't offer suggestions to resolve the issue. I had to work on my own to figure it out. It wasn't until i sent a frustrated and upset email that they offered a solution

"Decent"

What do you like best?

The idea of it. I like the idea of Cazoomi but it's doesn't quote work for me.

What do you dislike?

Bad support. Not enough documentation that's easy to read.

Don't bother trying to do it yourself. Find someone to implement for you.

"Great product, but horrible customer suppport"

What do you like best?

The program is pretty intuitive and easy to synch platforms.

What do you dislike?

If you ever get an error or a failed synch, good luck as customer support isnt free and it takes a long time for them to troubleshoot.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

synching our CRM to our Marketing Automation is great and very helpful.

Why We Don't Have Instant Phone Support?

SyncApps limits support to online means due to a few reasons, but mostly that integration issues can range from super easy to off the charts hard to solve.
