Some of the fields in the sync profile can be a bit ambiguous, so I feel like I need more knowledge of Netsuite especially to complete a successful integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SyncApps?

I usually can rely on the support team to get back to me within 24 hours. They're professional, and they try to be as helpful as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SyncApps?

The Cazoomi sync (for Salesforce-MailChimp integration) takes several hours, so advance preparation is required, which is less ideal for an urgent email campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a tool that did what sync apps did for free with substantially more features. Sync apps essentially doubles our cost of using Constant Contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
