
We really like that the statistics for opens and click through counts are immediately synced from mailchimp to salesforce. We also really like that it manages unsubscribed contacts for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes we couldn't get the syncapp to sync the contacts we wanted even though they met the segmentation parameters that we had set up. We switched to "Campaign driven lists" as opposed to using the syncapp segmentation platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the other hand, we are truly sorry if you are experiencing problems with our Filtering and Segmentation feature, however our Filtering and Segmentation feature should work 100% of the time given that the correct input format relative to the condition given is supplied. If not let our 24/7 support team know so we can help out. Switching to "Campaign driven lists" as an alternative to our Filtering and Segmentation feature is a great idea too as the data that needs to be Synced is already made available in the Campaign.
