The only thing I think could be improved on was the knowledge base on the systems that SyncApp was linking up. It was not until I reached the top tier of their support that they were able to assist with the other pieces of the integration. There are many options for connecting MailChimp to Salesforce, and I have found SyncApps' solution to be the most flexible & easy to use, as well as priced appropriately for nonprofit organizations. Easy to set up to sync with Salesforce and MailChimp with the assistance of the great support team who responds quickly to your emails. I like the ability to "Sync Now" to see if the changes I've made were correct. And the ability to use Marketing Lists in Salesforce allows for multiple groups syncing with just one sync profile. I have been able to set up the addition of contacts to the appropriate Marketing Lists using the Process Builder in Salesforce. Easy to add additional Salesforce orgs to our SyncApps account too. John and Dex and the support team were very prompt when we asked them to help work out how we might set up new profiles between Netsuite and Infusion Soft related to PROJECT records in Netsuite

At initial request, Project fields and records are not readily available to integrate

Also, as we only presently have the 5 profile licence, the team have kindly increased our licence by 2 so we can test the solution before having to committ to the extra fee per month to increase our licence for good.

The customer support is the worse. You aren't able to get free customer support, you can only email them and that obviously takes a while. It one (or more) of the profiles isn't syncing properly it informed you there's an error and a unclear reason why but it doesn't tell you how to fix it so it's more time wasted having to email the support team to ask why, nothing gets resolved quickly. The best thing about syncapps is, it saved us almost 6 hours in a week. We used to manually download and upload datas through CSV, Since cazoomi that time is transferred to do better things.
Use the app without any second thought, This is one of the apps we have ever used and bought. It does the sync perfectly without any problem. No IT person was needed. There is nothing as of now as its serving the purpose of why we bought it. Add -ons can be with a certain package. instead of additional purchases. This is the only thing i didnt like obviously :) But other than that you cannot complain any other features on the app. This does the job what we have signed up for.

I love that the Cazoomi sync app allows our MailChimp contact lists to stay up to date with the latest contact information in Salesforce. With Cazoomi's automatic syncing and the option to sync on demand, I know that we'll always have the correct contact lists ready to go in MailChimp when I need them. There was a bit of a learning curve to make sure that I understood all of the sync settings, and my team experienced a few instances where our Salesforce instance and the MailChimp lists did not match up (probably due to user error!). I like the method to sync my Salesforce contacts and leads easily to Constant Contact individual Lists.
Constant Contact lists are very difficult to sync to Salesforce using manual importing methods. Using Syncapps let myself easily connect the systems to each other and using scheduling I can not have to log back into SyncApps since the integration runs by itself.
