We were integrating a new system using SyncApps. A total of 3 parties were involved in the process. SyncApps support team was there whenever I needed assistance. Quick to respond. Always willing to jump on a call or share a screen to ensure everything was filled in/checked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I think could be improved on was the knowledge base on the systems that SyncApp was linking up. It was not until I reached the top tier of their support that they were able to assist with the other pieces of the integration. If I was able to use SyncApp as the one stop shop for the integrations, I think the process would have been a lot more smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
