From fully customizable graphics and event branding to a strong white label solution. You can make your event platform fit right in with your brand or corporate identity without the need of serious web design. **What do you dislike about Swapcard?** The emails sent from the platform can be a bit cumbersome. There is not a lot of flexibility to change the design or formatting and the UX is not at the same level as other features in the backend of the platform. It's the clunkiest part of the platform but still works and is relible. **What problems is Swapcard solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to run reliable and stable virtual and hybrid events. It also has a very professional look when attendees join the event. It is very intuitive and easy to send reminders to the participants. **What do you dislike about Swapcard?** There are times in which we have attendees that are with low-bandwith. It would be good if there were provisions for this. For the technical side, there are certain functions that we are not familiar with, and it would be good to have a guide on some of these functions and features. The cost of the platform is also an issue. It would be good if cost were a bit lower. **What problems is Swapcard solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of our initial issues was having a platform where we could engage our attendees and make it look good. We have a relatively older audience, and the majority are still able to navigate the platform easily. **What do you dislike about Swapcard?** Our main dislike is the inconsistency of how well integrations work. We specifically used the integration with eventbrite, and it didn't automatically transfer 100% of the attendees. **What problems is Swapcard solving and how is that benefiting you?** This won't be a unique answer, but Swapcard helped us have a fully virtual event in 2020 and then a hybrid event in 2021.
