The product is intuitive to use, automates a lot of steps in the invoicing process, and helps with tracking to-dos and keeping everything reconciled. It has saved us a lot of time already, and we still have an opportunity to get more when we're ready to integrate with our CRM. Aside from the product features, the best part about Subscript is the customer service. Of all the software tools I have used over the years, they are by far the most responsive, the best communicators, and the most attentive to answering our questions. It's a newer product so it may not yet have all the bells and whistles that a more established product has, but the team is very receptive to feedback and putting things on their roadmap. We've also uncovered a couple minor bugs here and there as early adopters, but the impact has been minimal and they fix them almost immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
