Not only is the produce super simple to use, but the team are so responsive to all our questions. Without Subscript we could simply not do our month end in the current timelines.

The analytics and metrics dashboards are super easy to use; drilling down, segmenting and filtering to easily access all the key metrics across months, quarters, years is easy. The team at Subscript is small but effective - there are real people helping with onboarding and answering questions via Slack which get really quick response times. The onboarding team put in so much time and did the heavy lifting with migrating data from Chargebee to Subscript and made the process easy for me which was amazing. They were very thorough and had weekly calls to ensure we stayed on track to hit the go-live target date. The easy sync of contracts from Hubspot > Subscript reduces manual entry for new deals and contracts. Syncing to Xero and Hubspot is easy and the sync is done automatically and easily so changes can be reflected quickly.
